★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wieder gut und individuell beraten worden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, vmdie zudem verständlich alles erklären - auch wenn man das selbe 3x nachfragt bekommt man geduldig eine klare Antwort.
 Always well and individually advised. Very friendly staff, who also explain everything in an understandable way - even if you ask the same three times you patiently get a clear answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der schlechteste Versicherer, den ich je in meinem Leben gesehen habe. jemand hat mich ihrem Anwalt gegeben und ich habe meinen eigenen Anwalt. dann schickte er mir eine Restzahlung von 700 €. Mein Anwalt möchte E-Mail-Geld und Transaktionsgeld von mir, das ist nicht normal.
Halten Sie sich auf jeden Fall von diesem Versicherer fern.
The worst insurer I've ever seen in my life. someone gave me their lawyer and I have my own lawyer. then he sent me a final payment of € 700. My lawyer wants email and transaction money from me, that's not normal.
Be sure to stay away from this insurer.
