R	Rainer Niederschick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ feine werkstatt, die seit heuer all meine mountainbikewehwehchen immer prompt und SPÜRBAR verlässlich kuriert. man spürt, dass hier einer mit echtem engagement an die sache ran geht, und fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben, was in dieser branche durchaus auch anders erlebt werden kann. faires preis-leistungsgefüge. immer wieder gerne! fine workshop, which since this year all my mountain biking hurt always promptly and TRULY reliable. one senses that one is here with genuine commitment to the matter ran, and feels in good hands, which can be experienced in this industry quite differently. fair value for money. always my pleasure!

Meine wahrgenommenen Mängel am Fahrrad wurden trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen nicht repariert und durch diverse Erklärungen/Ausreden geschmälert.Die Serviceleistung war für mich leider bereits zum zweiten Mal wenig bis kaum zufriedenstellend. Unfortunately, I had to get a rather unfriendly and uninterested advice during my visit. My perceived defects on the bike were not repaired despite several inquiries and reduced by various explanations / excuses. For the second time, the service was, unfortunately, little to hardly satisfactory for me.
M	Markus Metzbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte per Mail eine Anfrage zu einem Fahrradservice gestellt, Anfrage wurde rasch beantwortet, in dem es hieß, einfach Fahrrad vorbeibringen und eine Woche Wartezeit! Nun eigentlich kein Problem, wollte das Fahrrad vorbeibringen, läutete bei der Tür, Herr Gruber kam heraus, und zeigte Desinteresse an einer weiteren Reparatur, weil er schon so viel Arbeit hätte! Ich hätte auch eine längere Wartezeit akzeptiert, aber es war ihm auch egal! Er mag zwar gut sein in der Fahrradreparatur aber im Umgang und Freundlichkeit mit Neukunden ist er völlig fehl am Platz! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Schade eigentlich! Had sent a request for a bike service via email, the request was answered quickly, simply by bringing the bike over and waiting a week! Actually no problem, wanted to bring the bike over, rang the doorbell, Mr. Gruber came out and showed no interest in another repair because he already had so much work to do! I would have accepted a longer wait, but he didn't care! He may be good at repairing bicycles, but he is completely out of place in dealing with and friendliness with new customers! Absolutely not to be recommended! Too bad!

Nach dem Service bei der nächsten Radtour ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei den beiden Räder die Kette schert. Bei einem Rad habe ich es reklamiert. Es wurde kostenlos neu eingestellt. Den Aufwand mit dem zweiten Rad wollte ich mir nicht mehr antun. Got two older bikes for service this spring. After the service on the next bike tour, I noticed that the chain was shearing on both bikes. I made a complaint about a bike. It was repositioned for free. I didn't want to do the effort with the second bike anymore.

Da fährt das Radl ja den Kilimandscharo hoch von alleine:-) Top advice, implementation and helpfulness for my touring bike and my extra wishes. The bike drives up Kilimanjaro by itself :-)
