R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großteil des Personals höflich und bemüht ABER mir wurde anfänglich ein zu kleiner Rahmen verkauft, Umtausch verlief zusätzlich mühsam trotz der Bemühungen des restlichen Personals. Ich bekam dann schlussendlich einen leicht beschädigten oder gebrauchten aber zum Glück passenden Rahmen wieder, bei dem erst nach dem Reinigen (nach der ersten großen Ausfahrt) die Beschädigungen zum Vorschein kamen (da sich Abdeckfarbe löste, obwohl es per Hand gewaschen wurde). Enttäuschend! Most of the staff polite and tried hard BUT Initially, a frame that was too small was sold to me, and the exchange was also difficult despite the efforts of the rest of the staff. I finally got a slightly damaged or used but luckily fitting frame, which only showed the damage after cleaning (after the first big drive) (because the masking paint came off, although it was washed by hand). Disappointing!

Nach einem 2-G-Nachweis wurde sehr freundlich und direkt nach Betreten des Geschäfts gefragt. Die Beratung war erstklassig. Ein kleines Getränk wurde ebenfalls angeboten. Die Vorteile eines höherwertigen Fahrrades als ursprünglich geplant wurden objektiv dargestellt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Probefahrten aller in Frage kommenden Fahrräder waren problemlos möglich, die Fahrräder wurden vorher auf meine Körpermaße eingestellt. Jederzeit wieder! The first impression upon entering the store was very good. Lots of space, quality furnishings and a friendly welcome. After entering the shop, they asked for a 2-G proof in a very friendly and direct manner. The advice was first class. A small drink was also offered. The benefits of a higher quality bike than originally planned were presented objectively without being overbearing. Test rides of all possible bikes were possible without any problems, the bikes were adjusted to my body measurements beforehand. Any time!
