not recommendable very unfriendly staff far too expensive for a pinion whopping 35 euros here are prices back to staff can not greet no advice very rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ist ja eigentlich eine offizielle Suzuki-Werkstatt. Habe eine Intruder zum Service und Pickerl gebracht. Diese hat minimale Umbauten (Lenker und Sitzbank, hat alles keinen Einfluss auf die Service-arbeit) welche jedoch alle typisiert sind. Wurde dann angerufen, dass man umgebaute Motorräder nicht macht. Beim Abholen wurden dann trotzdem 2 Luftfilter verrechnet. Dies ist eine bodenlose Frechheit! Würde gerne die regionale Wirtschaft unterstützen, aber wenn diese nicht will, dann halt wieder woanders! Unsere anderen 3 Motoräder werden jetzt natürlich auch woanders serviciert.
Keine Empfehlung!!
It's actually an official Suzuki workshop. I brought an intruder to the service and pickerl. This has minimal conversions (handlebar and seat, everything has no influence on the service work) which are all typed. Was then called that you do not make converted motorcycles. When picking up 2 air filters were still charged. This is a bottomless cheek! Would like to support the regional economy, but if it doesn't want to, stop somewhere else! Our other 3 motorcycles are of course also serviced elsewhere.
No recommendation!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unglaublich schlecht in der Organisation, keine Benachrichtigungen über einen längeren Zeitraum von über 1 Woche! 10 Tage keine Reparatur, Verwechslung mit anderem Motorroller, Zulassungsschein verlegt, keine Ahnung welche Art von Reparatur überhaupt zum Durchführen gewesen sein soll da kein Reparaturschein aufgenommen wurde! Kann nur empfehlen: Hände weg von dieser Werkstätte!
incredibly bad in the organization, no notifications over a longer period of more than 1 week! 10 days no repair, confusion with other scooters, registration certificate misplaced, no idea what kind of repair should have been carried out since no repair certificate was recorded! Can only recommend: steer clear of this workshop!
