★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja, für einen Kundenorientierten Betrieb, wie angepriesen ist noch Luft nach oben, viel Luft. Wollte ein Bike kaufen und um dieses gleich zu reservieren versuchte ich 3x einen Verkäufer telefonisch zu erreichen und selbst der erbetene Rückruf kam nach einer Woche noch immer nicht. Viele Bikes und Zubehör zu haben reicht nicht aus um ein gutes Geschäft zu sein. Zwei Sterne, weil die Probefahrt wenigstens möglich war.
Leider musste ich die Bewertung auf einen Stern reduzieren, da die Antwort auf meine Erfahrung völlig aus der Luft gegriffen ist. Auf den Rückruf bezüglich des Motorrades kann ich inzwischen verzichten, da ich natürlich eine neue MT10 zwar nicht in blau sondern grau/gelb bei einem anderen Händler gekauft habe.
Well, for a customer-oriented operation, as advertised is still up, a lot of air. Wanted to buy a bike and to reserve this same I tried 3x to reach a seller by phone and even the requested call came after a week still not. Having many bikes and accessories is not enough to be a good business. Two stars, because the test drive was at least possible.
Unfortunately, I had to reduce the rating to a star, because the answer to my experience is completely out of thin air. In the meantime I can do without the recall regarding the motorcycle, because of course I bought a new MT10 not in blue but gray / yellow at another dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Geschäft für alles rund ums Motorrad und ein super Kundenservice es sind immer alle bemüht für dich da zu sein und es gibt nichts was man nicht bekommt oder bestellen kann und man bekommt sofort wenn ein bestelltes angekommen ist .
Ich hab mein Motorrad auch dort gekauft und bin super happy damit

Very committed and friendly staff. Very good advice as to why we bought a scooter. The access is via the neighboring petrol station.
