Pbike - Boltzmanngasse 21

We do it with passion! Ja das kann ich einfach bestätigen. Ich war heute zwar erst zum dritten mal dort (Standort 1090 Wien) aber ich fühle mich jedes mal wie zu Hause. Super freundliche und super kompetente Verkäufer, schönes Geschäft und einfach ein Ort für uns Radler. Man merkt, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die nicht einfach nur Geld machen wollen und Stumpf ihre Stunden "runter arbeiten", sondern in erster Linie Menschen die Spaß am Hobby Fahrrad haben. Als Laie kenne ich mich noch nicht so gut aus, habe aber alle Fragen in Ruhe und vor allem verständlich beantwortet bekommen und wir haben GEMEINSAM das Beste für mich zusammen gesucht (heute zB. Laufräder, ein Helm und wegen einem Sattel auch ein Bike fiting, da es ggf.unfair wäre mir einfach nur nen Sattel "anzudrehen"). Mir wurde auch angeboten einfach mal so auf nen Kaffee vorbeizukommen, ein wenig zu schauen und auch mal nur über das Hobby zu plaudern - Wo gibts denn sowas heute noch? Einfach Top! Hätte ich mehr als 2 Daumen würde ich sie alle in die Höhe halten ? Eine klare Empfehlung von mir und eines könnt ihr euch sicher sein - ihr werdet mich sicher noch oft sehen. Sei es weil mal wieder etwas Geld übrig ist und man sich was gönnen mag, man schauen mag was es neues gibt oder vlt auch echt mal nur auf nen Kaffee vor/nach ner Ausfahrt. Kurz vor dem Shop hatte ich eine Fahrradpanne. Als Rollstuhlfahrer kann ich das Fahrrad jetzt nicht so schnell und sicher schieben, weshalb ich einen Mitarbeiter um Hilfe bat. Man hat mir so freundlich geholfen, dass ich einfach nur erfreut, dankbar und glücklich war. Außerdem war es möglich, den Defekt sofort zu beheben. Der Preis war günstig, die Wartezeit nicht existent, man hat mir einen Kaffee angeboten, während mein Fahrrad repariert wurde, ohne Termin, unkompliziert und kundenfreundlich. Einfach empfehlenswert! Ihr habt mir viel Ärger, Aufwand und Mühen erspart, weil ihr mir so akkurat geholfen habt. DANKE!

Hatte mein Bike beim großen Service (Winteraktion) zum super Preis. Auch als ein kleines Missverständnis entstand,ist man total auf mich eingegangen und hat sich wirklich bemüht mir meine "Wünsche" zu erfüllen. Kurz gesagt sehr tolles Service und sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter. Gerne wieder.

These guys are awesome with both customer and technical service: After a freak accident the suspension fork on my mountainbike was not operable anymore. Sure enough, the first shop I went to, told me that they could not fix it, but would replace the broken part at quite a high price tag. The guy was a bit strong in his wording as well, not dealing well with me as a customer, who had just gotten very bad news. I am very glad I decided to get a second opinion at the Pbike shop in Boltzmanngasse. The sales desk immediately called out the mechanic to come and take a look. He told me that he was going to fix my bike, rather than replace the part and the cost would be half compared to the other offer. When the bike was in service I was called by the mechanic to dicuss the exact work that would be needed as well as the price. Then I got the message that my bike was fixed and went in to the shop to retrieve it. During the test ride it already felt a bit like the bike was new, since a little extra work had also been done next to the suspension service. I recommend this shop strongly, they involve you as a customer, so you always know whats happening to your bike and they have the know-how for great bike maintenance, going a little further rather than just doing what is strictly necessary.
