s	susanne aumyr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ schlechtes Service - inkompetentes Personal Personal wirkte komplett überfordert wurde zum "Chef" weiter gewiesen, der ein ziemlich unhöfliches und genervtes auftreten hatte. dazu kann ich keine gute Empfehlung abgeben und werde dort auch nichts kaufen... da gibts es bessere Bike-Shops in Oberösterreich, die mit mehr Leidenschaft dabei sind. bad service - incompetent staff Staff seemed completely overwhelmed was referred to the "boss" who had a rather rude and annoyed appearance. I can't give a good recommendation and won't buy anything there ... there are better bike shops in Upper Austria that are more passionate about it.

Yesterday I bought a bike for my son super nice staff especially when picking up the young seller was extremely friendly these days you only find something very rare!

Preis-Leistung passt bei CUBE sowieso! Young, very friendly team that is very motivated to fulfill customer requests as much as possible in these difficult times. Price-performance fits with CUBE anyway!
B	Bernd Hofmair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich relativ kurzfristig ein Gravelbike von Cube zugesagt bekommen habe (das Modell in meiner Größe war bei allen anderen Händlern ziemlich vergriffen bis Q3+ 2022) hat es sich so ergeben, dass ich Kunde beim Bikepalast in Wels wurde. Nach knapp 2 Monaten Wartezeit auf den Liefertermin und meiner steigenden Ungeduld war es in KW 12 dann soweit und ich fuhr Schuhe kaufen nach Wels... - und natürlich mein Rad abholen, nachdem ich schon seit Wochen die Armen Leute im Bikepalast mit meinen Mails genervt habe. War nur leider gerade noch Mittagspause, was ich nicht auf dem Radar hatte weil ich mir die Öffnungszeiten vorher nicht angesehen habe (dann geht man halt kurz Mittagessen). Lange Story kurz erzählt - ich bekam mein Fahrrad, meine Pedale wurden angeschraubt. Hat im Großen und Ganzen gut gepasst. Wird sich noch zeigen wie sparsam die Cube-Fabrik beim Fetten von Steuersatz und Tretlager war, aber gegen die Endmontage beim Händler kann ich nichts negatives berichten. Mal schauen wie schnell die ersten 300 km fertig sind und es Zeit für das inkludierte erst Service wird. Kleiner Nach-Edit: Der Shop ist bzgl Ersatzteile und Zubehör für MTB und Trekkingräder gut aufgestellt. After I was promised a gravel bike from Cube at relatively short notice (the model in my size was pretty much out of stock at all other retailers until Q3+ 2022), it turned out that I became a customer of the Bikepalast in Wels. After almost 2 months of waiting for the delivery date and my increasing impatience, it was time in week 12 and I went to Wels to buy shoes... - and of course to pick up my bike after I had been annoying the poor people in the Bikepalast with my mails for weeks have. Unfortunately it was just lunch break, which I didn't have on my radar because I didn't look at the opening hours beforehand (then you just go for lunch). Long story short - I got my bike, my pedals were screwed on. Overall it fit well. It remains to be seen how economical the Cube factory was when it came to greasing the headset and bottom bracket, but I can't say anything negative about the final assembly at the dealer. Let's see how quickly the first 300 km are done and it's time for the included first service. Small post-edit: The shop is well positioned when it comes to spare parts and accessories for MTB and trekking bikes.
