Sie haben es in Haid Center (Oberösterreich) gekauft einen activity jumper von Minnie Mouse. Da meine kleine Tochter angst vor dem Spielzeug hat und es spreizt die Beine sehr und Sie fängt auch sofort an zu weinen sobald sie dieses Spielzeug sieht. Daher wollte ich es zurück geben und stattdessen etwas anderes kaufen aber die Filialleiterin meinte sie nimmt es nicht zurück in einer unfreundlichen Art und Weise weil es nicht Original verpackt ist! Es ist nur der Karton offen sonnst passt alles an der Ware und Verpackung sie meinte ich soll sie auf Willhaben verkaufen wie ein Scherz und lächelte dabei. Ich bin eine treue Kundin und habe bis jetzt immer sehr gerne eingekauft bei Ihnen. Ich bin zu tiefst enttäuscht. Ich hatte schon mal etwas umgetauscht und es wurde angenommen! Auf Kassenbon steht nur dass es mit Kassenbon umgetauscht werden kann. Es war ein Geschenk meiner Eltern und ich musste den Karton (ordentlich) öffnen weil ich ja sonnst nicht wüsste ob es ihr gefällt oder nicht ? Über die Mitarbeiterinnen brauch ich gar nicht anfangen zu schreiben! Vorallem Babyabteilung Nicht mal einen Stern verdienen sie! Nie wieder und ich werde es meiner Umgebung absolut abraten! A	Angelina Barbul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meinem Partner im Store und einen Kinderwagen gekauft, die Verkäuferin war sowas von unfreundlich )eine ältere blonde Dame mit ausländischen Akzent). Danach haben wir uns Beistellbetten bzw. Kinderbetten angeschaut. Eine Woche zuvor hat uns eine Dame(im Lutz) erklärt das die baby Matratzen eher fest sein sollten, da sie sonst ersticken könnten. Natürlich hab ich das auch erwähnt um ihre Meinung zu hören und die unfreundliche Frau meinte: ja da sollten sie sich besser informieren, und eventuell dort kaufen. Und sie würde sich da nicht einmischen - ich denke sie war danach verunsichert war. Und nach den Motto: wenn das Baby ersticken sollte - dann hat das so sein müssen ?!? Und dann die Frechheit : wenn man die Intuition hat ein gesundes Baby zu bekommen dann braucht man solche Qualität nicht. Ich finde diese Frau ist vollkommen Fehl am Platz. Und da ich sehr viel Erfahrung im Verkauf habe finde ich es schade. Schade weil es gibt soviele die besser sind als sie und die froh wären ihren Arbeitsplatz mit mehr Freundlichkeit und Sympathie zu gestalten. Ein Stern verteile ich deswegen da uns am Anfang eine ganz liebes mädl versucht hat zu bedienen. Nur leider war ihr wissen zu wenig und hat uns zu dem unfreundliches Wesen geschickt . I give one star because a very nice girl tried to serve us at the beginning. Unfortunately, her knowledge wasn't enough and she sent us to the unfriendly creature.
