★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleinere Schwierigkeiten (zu Anfang zu hochwertiges Öl benutzt > wurde aber sofort behoben und sich mehrmals bei mir entschuldigt).
Alles in Allem... jederzeit wieder gerne
 Minor difficulties (too high-quality oil used at the beginning > but was fixed immediately and apologized to me several times).
All in all... gladly again at any time

Zeit sollte man auch mitnehmen, da es schon mal länger dauern kann.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man als Kunde einen Termin hat, dann warten muss, weil der Mechaniker dazwischen ein anderes Auto bekommen hat, ist das kein Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden.
Dann kann man nicht in die Werkstatt, aber Freunde vom Mechaniker, stehen drinnen, unterhalten sich, und haben Spaß, ohne FFP2 Maske und Abstände, und lachen den Kunden aus.
A.T.U erzieht bitte eure jungen Mechaniker zu mehr Disziplin, Freundlichkeit, Respekt, Wertschätzung > dann komme ich wieder.
If you have an appointment as a customer, then you have to wait because the mechanic got another car in between, that is no respect for the customer.
Then you can't go to the workshop, but friends of the mechanic can stand inside, talk and have fun, without an FFP2 mask and spaces, and laugh at the customer.
A.T.U please educate your young mechanics to be more disciplined, friendly, respectful and appreciative> then I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe den Termin Online gebucht das war sehr einfach. Zur Abklärung hat mich dann ein Mitarbeiter angerufen. Kostenvoranschlag incl. Abgabe mit Schlüsseleinwurf unkompliziert. Bei Fertigstellung wurde ich angerufen.
Bei der Abholung ging alles super und zu meiner Überraschung konnte der Mitarbeiter sogar noch einige Euro sparen. Ich war sehr zufrieden
I booked the appointment online, it was very easy. An employee called me to clarify. Estimate including delivery with key insertion uncomplicated. I was called upon completion.
Everything went great when we picked it up and to my surprise the employee was even able to save a few euros. I was very pleased
