D	Didi Strahwi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl der letzte Eintrag bereits Monate zurückliegt und ich sehr wohl Bewertungen schreibe, vor allem wenn es bereits Eintragungen gibt welche meine Meinung Wiederspiegeln wie in diesem Falle der erste Eintrag. Das man im Falle von Defekten geholfen wird mag ja sein, aber nur wenn man vergoldete Zugseile in einer Hydraulikbremsanlage verbaut hat ... wahrscheinlich ;) Ich für meinen Teil kann nur feststellen das es sich nicht um falsche Beratung handelt sondern vielleicht um Überheblichkeit. @ google: Negativsternchen wäre eine Idee....ich muss leider einen geben... Although the last entry was months ago and I do write reviews, especially if there are already entries that reflect my opinion, as in this case the first entry. That you will be helped in case of defects may be true, but only if you have installed gold-plated pull cables in a hydraulic brake system ... probably;) For my part, I can only say that it is not wrong advice, but perhaps arrogance. @ google: Negative asterisk would be an idea ... unfortunately I have to give one ...

Umfangreiches Wissen rund um das Thema Bike und Teile, welches selten so zu finden ist. Hab mich voll darauf verlassen und hab es nicht bereut! Absolut empfehlenswert! Great advice and extremely helpful. Price was also still best price. Extensive knowledge about the topic bike and parts, which is rarely to be found so. I fully relied on it and did not regret it! Highly Recommended!

Ich und Freunde von mir kaufen genau wegen der guten persönlichen Beratung regelmäßig und gerne bei der Bikeinsel. Auch im Falle von Defekten/Garantie ist der Inhaber sehr engagiert. I don't normally write reviews, but the negative review cannot be left that way. Because of the good personal advice, me and my friends buy regularly from the bike island. The owner is also very committed in the case of defects / guarantee.

R	Rufus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat eigentlich schöne Fahrräder zu fairen Preisen.....ABER.....nach dem Kauf habe ich diverse handwerkliche Mängel am Fahrrad festgestellt (mehrere Schrauben nicht angezogen (unter anderen am Lenker), Teile nicht geschmiert, Schaltung nicht eingestellt). Bei Reklamation wurde ich unfreundlich an den Hersteller verwiesen. Fazit: unfreundlich, handwerklich schlecht und keine Unterstützung bei Problemen - NIE WIEDER!!!!! Actually has nice bikes at fair prices ..... BUT ..... after buying it, I noticed various technical defects on the bike (several screws not tightened (including on the handlebar), parts not lubricated, gear shift not adjusted). When I had a complaint, I was referred to the manufacturer in an unfriendly manner. Conclusion: unfriendly, poorly crafted and no support with problems - NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
