W	Wolfgang fischbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um telefonisch einen termin zu vereinbaren, kann man gefühlt 100x anrufen ....wird mehrmals weg gedrückt ! Im sanitätsberreich sind die Bürokräfte sehr freundlich im gegensatz zu der Ärztin Fr.Dr.Danninger die von anfang an herablassend und einen respektlosen ton am tag legt ! Ich musste hinkommen für eine haaranalyse , meine haare sind lang genug aber die Ärztin will die haare nicht von oben abnehmen sondern am hinterkopf, Deshalb kann ich weitere 3 monate warten und darf nicht zum friseur gehn! Bis dahin wird kein unterschied mehr sein zu mir und der frisur eines obdachlosen!!! Desweiteren wurden fragen gestellt die in keiner realation zum führerschein stehen , wo ich auch gefragt habe wo da bitte der zusammen hang ist. Im endeffekt muss ich jetz zahlreiche weitere behördengänge machen die anfangs nicht für nötig waren bis zu dem gespräch mit der ^^ÄRZTIN^^ DANKE FÜR NICHTS :) To make an appointment by phone, you can call 100 times .... is pushed away several times! In the sanitary area, the office staff are very friendly, in contrast to the doctor, Mrs. Danninger, who is condescending from the start and has a disrespectful tone every day! I had to come for a hair analysis, my hair is long enough but the doctor doesn't want to remove the hair from the top but at the back of the head, so I can wait another 3 months and am not allowed to go to the hairdresser! Until then there will be no difference to me and the hairstyle of a homeless person!!! Furthermore, questions were asked that are in no way related to the driver's license, where I also asked where the connection is, please. In the end I now have to do numerous other administrative procedures that were not necessary at the beginning until the conversation with the ^^DOCTOR^^ THANKS FOR NOTHING :)
K	Kerstin Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Katastrophe! Seit 2 Tagen versuche ich vergeblich jemanden zu erreichen, beim Telefon so u so keine Chance und E-Mails werden gekonnt ignoriert. Es ist eine Frechheit wie mit einem Umgegangen wird, denn wenn man iwo weiters versucht um Hilfe zu bitten heißt es auch nur "sie müssen zuerst mit der BH sprechen....." tja, leider nicht möglich ?‍♀️ Könnte ich minus Sterne geben würde ich dies sofort tun- KATASTROPHE der Laden? A disaster! For 2 days I've been trying in vain to reach someone, no chance on the phone and e-mails are skilfully ignored. It's cheeky how you're dealt with, because if you keep trying to ask for help from iwo, it only says "you have to talk to the bra first....." well, unfortunately not possible ?‍♀️ If I could give minus stars, I would do so immediately- DISASTER the store ?
S	Sydney Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der schlimmste Ort des Lebens. Ich hatte dort ein persönliches Gespräch mit einer Dame aus dem Migrationswesen bezüglich Visum. Sie meinte, wir können es versuchen. Daraufhin kam ich vorbereitet mit allen Formularen (+ Beglaubigung und weitere kostenanfällige Dokumente), und wurde direkt vor Ort zack abgewiesen. Versprechen wurde nicht eingehalten, am Schalter wurde ich behandelt wie ein Tier. Warum dann mir all den "unnötigen" Kram bezahlen lassen, wenn aus meiner Anfrage sowieso von Anfang an nichts sein würde?!! Das Personal im Migrationswesen ist das absolut unfreundlichste Personal mit dem ich je im Leben Kontakt hatte. Wurde von A-Z vor jedem blamiert. Wenn die Arbeit keinem interessiert, dann lasst es sein!!! The worst place in life. There I had a personal interview with a lady from the migration department regarding visas. She said we can try. I then came prepared with all the forms (+ certification and other costly documents) and was turned away on the spot. Promises were not kept, I was treated like an animal at the counter. Then why make me pay for all the "unnecessary" stuff when nothing was going to come of my request anyway?!! The staff in the migration department is absolutely the rudest staff I have ever had contact with in my life. Was embarrassed from A-Z in front of everyone. If nobody is interested in the work, then let it be!!!

Man ruft an bittet um eine Auskunft und um Hilfe und die Dame am Telefon lässt einen nicht einmal ausreden und legt auf. Fr. Schürtz wenn Sie ihre Arbeit nicht interesiert lassen Sie es bleiben The rudest staff that I have ever experienced. It calls asking for some information and for help, and the lady on the phone can not even finish one and hangs up. Fri Schürtz if you can not interesiert their work it stay
G	Gerhard Schaffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei über 20 Anrufversuchen nie jemanden erreicht, verwiesen wird auf Mail das ich auch seit 3 Tagen unbeantwortet hingeschickt habe. Das es so was unkompetentes gibt hielt ich für nicht möglich. Am besten den Laden schließen, der kostet nur Geld! After more than 20 attempts to call, no one was ever reached, reference is made to an email that I have also sent unanswered for 3 days. I didn't think it was possible that something so incompetent existed. It's best to close the shop, it only costs money!
M	Mungobohne 93 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egal, zu welcher Tageszeit man versucht, jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, man wird immer sofort an ein Band weitergeleitet, das erzählt, dass alle Mitarbeiter derzeit in Gesprächen sind und man den Anruf daher leider nicht persönlich entgegen nehmen kann. Man solle doch bitte eine Email schreiben. Nach einer Minute wird der Anruf dann automatisch beendet. Jedes Mal! Eine absolute Frechheit. Auch auf Emails wird nicht reagiert, tagelang. Ich frage mich, ob man überhaupt je eine Antwort erhält. Wenn man dann in Linz beim Magistrat anruft, heißt es, sie können nicht weiterhelfen, sie haben ja mit Linz Land nichts zu tun. Ja, Gratulation, wenn die Zusammenarbeit so ausgezeichnet klappt, ist das perfekt (SARKASMUS!). Dann gehen halt die Leute, die nach wie vor Corona positiv sind und die noch Symptome haben, aber die mit der Quarantäne fertig sind, wieder unter die Leute, weil die BH Linz Land das ja ganz offensichtlich nicht interessiert. Vielen Dank für nichts und wieder nichts! No matter what time of the day you try to reach someone on the phone, you're always immediately put through to a tape that says all the staff are currently on calls, so unfortunately you can't take the call personally. Please write an email. After one minute, the call is then automatically ended. Every time! An absolute cheek. No response to emails either for days. I wonder if you ever get an answer at all. If you then call the magistrate in Linz, they say they can't help, they have nothing to do with Linz Land. Yes, congratulations, if the cooperation works so well, that's perfect (SARCASM!). Then the people who are still Corona positive and who still have symptoms, but who are done with the quarantine, go back to the people, because the BH Linz Land is obviously not interested in that. Thank you for nothing and again nothing!

Es wurde auf keine Email in 5 Tagen reagiert. Laut Website sind sie ja ab 22.1 noch Schwerer zu erreichen. Ich frage mich jedoch wie man noch weniger als garnicht zu erreichen sein kann. It's best to just give up. Have already spent a total of over 11 hours in the queue over 3 days. No email has been responded to in 5 days. According to the website, they are even more difficult to reach from 22.1. However, I wonder how one can be even less than impossible to reach.
L	Lorens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corona Tests werden nicht ausgewertet, na dann viel Glück bei dem Band, welches nach 1 Minute automatisch auflegt, weil ja angeblich alles besetzt ist. Dann bleibt nur noch es über die im Band angepriesene Mail zu probieren. Aber auch hier, nach mehreren Tagen keine Rückmeldung. Bis auf eine Person in der Vermittlung, welche mich jedes mal natürlich in die Auflege-Warteschlange schmeißt, da es ja anscheinend hierfür kein Personal gibt, scheint auch sonst keiner dort zu arbeiten. Corona tests are not evaluated, well then good luck with the band, which automatically hangs up after 1 minute because everything is supposedly occupied. Then it remains only to try it via the mail advertised in the tape. But here too, after several days, no response. Except for one person in the switchboard, who of course throws me into the hang-up queue every time, since there is apparently no staff for this, nobody else seems to work there either.
