S	Sebastian Wirkert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 2 Monaten!! Wartezeit erhielt ich einen Termin für eine EU-Anmeldebestätigung. Vor Ort wurde ich unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt. Obwohl ich einen Termin vereinbart hatte musste ich über 45 Minuten warten, obwohl vor mir niemand im Amtszimmer war. Der Fairniss halber muss ich aber klar dazu sagen, dass ich auf anderen Abteilungen (Bürgerservice/Kassa) freundlich behandelt wurde. After 2 months !! Waiting time I received an appointment for an EU registration confirmation. I was treated rude and disrespectful on site. Although I had made an appointment, I had to wait over 45 minutes, even though no one was in the office before me. In fairness I have to say clearly that I was treated kindly in other departments (citizen service / cash desk).

PCR Testung in die Liste einzutragen. Es ist absolut erschreckend wie schlecht hier nach mehr als einen Jahr Corona nach wie vor die Organisationsstrukturen sind. After the allegedly refused test, which turned up hours after the phone call, now forget to enter the following date for the 2nd PCR test in the list. It is absolutely shocking how bad the organizational structures are here after more than a year of Corona.

Das Freitesten musste ich selbst Organisieren und eine Rückmeldung auf das negative Testergebnis steht noch immer aus! Dankenswerterweise kümmerte sich die Bezirkshauptmannschaft Kirchdorf um die Aufhebung der Quarantäne. Out of the blue I received a special notice. Repeated attempts to call failed. I had to organize the free test myself and I still haven't received any feedback on the negative test result! Thankfully, the Kirchdorf district authority took care of the lifting of the quarantine.
