★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erreichbarkeit und Service einfach nur mangelhaft.... ab 11:45 herrscht Mittagspausenstimmung, telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar!
Für berufstätige sind die Öffnungszeiten einfach unmöglich. Ohne Urlaub zu nehmen geht da somit gar nichts. Und in der Abteilung KJH wird ausgelassen getratscht während andere auf den Termin warten!
Accessibility and service just poor ... from 11:45 am there is a lunch break atmosphere, nobody can be reached by phone!
The opening times are simply impossible for working people. Nothing works without taking a vacation. And in the KJH department there is gossip while others wait for the appointment!

What this company lists borders on piracy! The entire staff should be replaced. Because the previous medical officer is no longer there, unskilled clerks decide on medical reports!
