Ich hab mir extra frei genommen, das Kind hat sich umsonst gefürchtet. Bleibt nur zu hoffen , das solche Pannen zukünftig nicht mehr vorkommen. Mehr als ärgerlich . Nicht einmal ein Kontakt war recht möglich, denn da sitzen so manche die nicht einmal 3 Wörter deutsch(nicht übertrieben) können! Am besten zusperren, denn sie bekommen auch alles andere nicht auf die Reihe! Crisis staff I don't laugh! A complete disability from start to finish! Not even a contact was quite possible, because there are so many sitting there who don't even know 3 words of German (not exaggerated)! It's best to lock them up, because they can't get everything else going either!

Es werden fehler gemacht, die sollten normal nicht passieren. Ein sicherer Job, für Menschen die das Arbeiten nicht interessiert. Weil in der Privatwirtschaft, hätten solche Menschen, schon 100x die Arbeit verloren. Incompetent and unfriendly staff! If you need something, you will be snapped at or you will simply be dismissed unfriendly. Mistakes are made that shouldn't normally happen. A secure job for people who are not interested in working. Because in the private sector, such people would have lost their jobs 100 times over.
S	Stefan Brugger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bemühte Mitarbeiter im Corona Krisenstab, denen man auch Fehler verzeiht - ob verlorene Tests oder fehlende Daten dann bei der Testung durch das rote Kreuz und Termine die einfach nicht weitergegeben werden. Hat man aber dann selber einmal ein Anliegen abseits von Corona, tw. sehr unfreundliche Bearbeiter - übermenschliche Menschen ohne Fehler. Das passt irgendwie nicht... Hard-working employees in the Corona crisis team, who are also forgiven for mistakes - whether lost tests or missing data when testing by the Red Cross and appointments that are simply not passed on. But then if you have a concern yourself apart from Corona, tw. very rude editors - superhumans with no faults. It somehow doesn't fit...
