Man kann leider nicht allen Menschen, die der Schweigepflicht unterliegen, trauen. There is (at least) one official who passes on confidential information. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent, die baulichen Maßnahmen führen zu verkürzten Wartezeiten und die Richtlinien des Bundeslandes NÖ werden perfekt umgesetzt! It is more than pleasing how BH Waidhofen / Thaya has developed positively in recent years. The staff are friendly and competent, the construction measures lead to shorter waiting times and the guidelines of the state of Lower Austria are perfectly implemented!
M	Mr Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeit im Kundenbüro und was auffällt: Trotz vieler Mitarbeiter wird nur an 1 oder 2 Schreibtischen auch wirklich gearbeitet und Kunden empfangen. Die Frage ist nur: Was machen all die anderen Mitarbeiter denn so wichtiges? Es muß sehr wichtig sein wenn sie keine Zeit haben Kunden zu bedienen.... Long waiting time in the customer office and what strikes you: Despite many employees, only 1 or 2 desks are actually worked and customers are received. The only question is: What are all the other employees doing so important? It must be very important if you don't have time to serve customers ...
K	Katja Kainz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lange wartezeit, keine fachmännische Auskunft, unfreundliches Personal am Telefon und keiner ist dort bemüht zu helfen, man wird von frist zu frist weiter geschoben ~ und zu guter letzt dauert es 3 wochen (!) bis eine Mail beantwortet wird! Jedoch werden die Gebühren automatsch alle 2 wochen per Mahnung erhöht ~ lt Auskunft hat die BH jedoch 1 Jahr zeit Fälle abzuschließen.... Friss oder stirb ;) Hilfe braucht man von der BH Waidhofen nicht zu erwarten Long waiting time, no professional information, unfriendly staff on the phone and no one tries to help, you are pushed on from deadline to deadline ~ and last but not least, it takes 3 weeks (!) until an email is answered! However, the fees are automatically increased every 2 weeks by means of a reminder ~ according to information, however, the BH has 1 year to complete cases ... eat or die;) You do not need to expect help from the BH Waidhofen
