Nach kurzem Warten wurde ich von einem freundlichen Herren, an die zuständige Stelle vermittelt. Nach erneuter kurzer Wartezeit, erhielt ich die Auskunft die ich brauchte. Hat echt gut funktioniert, weiter so. Had a question about the driver's license why I called. After a short wait, I was referred to the responsible office by a friendly gentleman. After another short wait, I received the information I needed. Worked really well, keep it up.

Ich rufe andauernd an kein Mitarbeiter ist fähig abzuheben! I've been waiting for an appointment for a week to test myself, but I'm constantly being told I should get tests myself despite the quarantine! I keep calling and no employee is able to answer!

Nach Einbringen eines schriftlichen Ansuchens, gibt es keinen Termin mehr. In dem Schreiben wird mitgeteilt, dass man alles über ein Online-Formular erledigen soll. Unglaublicher Vorgehensweise, was sich hier die Ärztekammer erlaubt und die Amtsärzte wurden von dieser Bestimmung überrollt, nicht gefragt, sondern über deren Köpfe wurde einfach hinweg bestimmt und die Arbeit führt scheinbar demnach zu einer glatten Überforderung. Über das Online-Formular ist ein Ansuchen mit Beibringen von Befunden schlichtweg nicht möglich. Der Patient bleibt wieder einmal auf der Strecke. Completely inadequate and unhelpful. I was promised an appointment by phone to review a vaccination exemption. Once a written request has been submitted, there is no longer an appointment. The letter states that everything should be done via an online form. Unbelievable procedure, what the medical association allows itself here and the medical officers were overwhelmed by this provision, not asked, but simply determined over their heads and the work apparently leads to a smooth overload. It is simply not possible to submit an application using the online form. The patient is once again left behind.

Alles sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich! Called this morning to make an appointment for an application, got an appointment this afternoon and the application was completed within 30 minutes.
