Kontogebühren extremst hoch.... Check in gibt es nur 1 und manchmal steht eine schlage bis draußen weil nur 1 Person am Check in ist.... mehrere check in wären super
....
Customer advisor never answers online ... You have to call or write 100 times afterwards ...
Account fees are extremely high .... There is only 1 check-in and sometimes there is a line up because only 1 person is at the check-in .... several check-ins would be great
....

Jedes Jahr höhere Kontoführungsgebühren, wenn man Nachrichten an seinen Betreuer schickt, werden die ignoriert - und jetzt haben sie auch noch die Auszahlungsstelle dort eingespart.
So geht das nicht ! Werde meine Konten schließen und zu einer Onlinebank gehen, wenn ich schon keinen Service bekomme dann will ich wenigstens sehr wenig bis gar nichts dafür zahlen.
PS: Bin (war!) seit 21 Jahren bei der PSK Kunde.

Every year higher account management fees when you send messages to your supervisor are ignored - and now you have also saved the payout office there.
That will not do ! I will close my accounts and go to an online bank, if I do not get any service then I will at least pay very little or nothing for it.
PS: I have been (was!) A PSK customer for 21 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Kundenservice auf der ganze Welt ich warte schon seit 40 Minuten das wer auf mein Telefon rangeht nicht das erste mal und nachdem sie abheben können sie nicht mal weiterhelfen!! Sagen das sie es erledigt haben aber nicht mal sein Job erledigen können. 1 Stern ist sogar zu viel am bestens -5 Sterne würde es keinen weiterempfehlen!
Worst customer service in the whole world I've been waiting for 40 minutes for whoever answers my phone not the first time and after they pick up they can't even help!! Saying they got it done but can't even do his job. 1 star is even too much at best - 5 stars would not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corona hat Bawag PSK am schlimmsten erwischt ! Filiale hat bis 11 Uhr offen, außerhalb dieser Zeit nur mit Terminvereinbarung. Aber das lustige, weder telefonisch noch per mail oder App kann ich mit niemandem Termin machen. Was ist mit euch los ? Haben die Masken letzten Sauerstoff verhindert zu eurem Hirn. Da ist kein logik und kein Verstand mehr was ihr da machts mit eure Kunden. Schämt euch ??♂️?♀️?
Corona got Bawag PSK worst! Branch has open until 11 o'clock, outside this time only with appointment. But the funny, neither phone nor mail or app I can make an appointment with anyone.
