Kunde bleibt auf Kosten sitzen, mit dem Vorwurf sich ja genauer mit den Buchungen beschäftigen zu können, dann hätte ma es rechtzeitig bemerkt. Kein Kompromiss wie teilweise schuld - teilweise Übernahme. Nicht zu empfehlen, sofern man nicht selbst Banker ist und alles weiß Failures and mistakes on the part of the bank are explained with "mistakes happen everywhere". Die Schalterangestellte in Hallein ließ dies nicht zu, da ich auf dem Konto nicht abhebeberechtigt bin. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Ich selbst habe bei mehreren Banken Konten. Laut telefonischer Auskunft kann selbstverständlich jeder einen Barbetrag einzahlen. Bei höheren Beträgen würde Ausweispflicht bestehen.
