J	Joris L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotischer Laden. Heute am Samstag standen die Werbeplakate und Fahnen im Gebäude herum. PaketStation war defekt, die Anfahrt hätte ich mir sparen können. Chaotic shop. Today on Saturday, the advertising posters and flags were in the building around. PaketStation was broken, I could have saved the journey.
E	Emir Selimovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht mehr am Samstag geöffnet zu haben, erhöht einfach noch mehr das Chaos welches eh schon vorher zu groß war. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und nett aber die langen Wartezeiten sind schrecklich. Not having to open on Saturday just increases the chaos that was too big before. The staff are friendly and nice but the long waiting times are terrible.
B	Birgit Austria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Halleiner Post-Mitarbeiter bekommen fünf Sterne, sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider ist das Gebäude alt und beengt, weil die Oberen Gscheidn die BAWAG dazu gepfercht haben. So sollten sich die Postkunden zum hintersten Teil hin in einer Schlange anstellen, was leider viele nicht kapieren und sich vorn beim Abgang reindrängeln wollen. Das hat oft zur Folge, dass Kunden sich gegenseitig und die Postler anzicken von wegen vordrängen usw, da sind die Leute genervt, auch durch die oft langen Warteschlangen. Wenn dann noch nur zwei der vier Schalter offen sind, weil grad Mittagspause ist oder was dringendes anderes abzuarbeiten, wird das Warteklima sehr ungut. Die Chefs in Wien (?) sollten sich wirklich mal was zum Problem einfallen lassen. Das einzige Postamt in der Stadt und solche Zustände, ein Armutszeugnis für die Post. Bewundernswert sind die Mitarbeiter dort. The Halleiner Post employees get five stars, are very friendly and make an effort. Unfortunately, the building is old and cramped because the Obere Gscheidn crammed BAWAG into it. For example, postal customers should queue up in the rear, which unfortunately many don't understand and want to squeeze in at the front when leaving. This often has the consequence that customers nod at each other and the mailers because of pushing ahead, etc., because people are annoyed by the often long queues. If only two of the four switches are still open because lunch break or something urgent has to be worked off, the waiting atmosphere becomes very bad. The bosses in Vienna (?) Should really come up with something about the problem. The only post office in the city and such conditions, a certificate of poverty for the post. The employees there are admirable.
W	Wolfgang Loub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postqualität geht gegen null, auch in dieser Filiale; Bankomat im Außenbereich außer Betrieb, also rein zum Bankomat im Foyer - der auch außer Betrieb, also wenigstens das Paket beim Paketautomaten aufgeben, weshalb ich eigentlich her gekommen bin - .....Paketautomat auch kaputt! Dass ein Anruf bei der Hotline nix bringt weiß ich aus Erfahrung, dort wird man nur vera.....äppelt (Standardausreden) Post quality is close to zero, even in this branch; Bankomat in the outdoor area out of order, so purely to the ATM in the foyer - the out of order, so at least give up the package at the parcel machine, which is why I actually come here - ..... parcel machine also broken! That a call to the hotline brings nothing, I know from experience, there you will only vera ..... gepull (standard excuses)

Ab 5 Uhr wenn alle von der Arbeit heimkommen darf man dafür jetzt ewig anstehen um an ein Packet ran zukommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind größtenteils freundlich und bemüht. Aber bitte öffnet wieder am Samstag Opening hours. For all normal workers, removing the Saturday is not ideal at all. From 5 o'clock when all come home from work you can now wait forever to get to a package ran. The staff are mostly friendly and hard-working. But please reopen on Saturday

S	Stephan Reiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bieten 0 Service an. Hunderte mal telefoniert um das fehlen einer Abstellgenehmigung zu verdeutlichen -> Sendungen werden immer noch einfach abgestellt. Auf Anfrage hin eine Sendung von der Filiale in das Abholzentrum zu bringen (5 Meter Fußweg) ist auch nicht möglich und macht ein Abholen der Sendung für jemanden der bis 18:00 arbeitet unmöglich. Service-Line kann NICHT mit der Filiale kommunizieren und Personal ist zudem komplett unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Wenn man sich ein "ja da kann ich auch nichts tun" zum x-ten mal anhören muss kommt einem das kotzen! Von 15 Lieferungen wurde 1 richtig behandelt. jedweder Versuch Information abzulegen die meine Adresse betreffen wurden zwar mit "Ja gern, das machen wir" beantwortet aber es wird sich an nichts gehalten. Der Fahrer stopft zudem die Post meiner Nachbarn in meinen Kasten. Einfach nur eine Frechheit wie die Post mit Kunden umgeht. Offer 0 service. Called hundreds of times to illustrate the lack of a parking permit -> consignments are still simply parked. It is also not possible to bring a shipment from the branch to the pick-up center on request (5 meters on foot) and makes it impossible for someone who works until 6:00 p.m. Service Line cannot communicate with the branch and staff is also completely unfriendly and unhelpful. If you have to listen to a "yes, there is nothing I can do" for the umpteenth time, you get sick! Out of 15 deliveries, 1 was handled correctly. Any attempt to file information that relates to my address was answered with "Yes, we will do it", but nothing is kept. The driver also stuffs my neighbors' mail into my box. Just a cheek how Swiss Post deals with customers.

Steht zwar auf dem Schild über dem Drucker, sodass man schon Geld einwerfen darf, dass man dann halt nicht mehr zurückbekommt. Steinzeit Filiale Ab zone printer does not go to web printing.
