Ärgerlich ist, dass der Automat das nicht deutlich genug anzeigt und man es durch genaues Lesen heraus finden muss. Today, 4.2.2018, the deposit machine for notes is not working. War heute (09.07.) beim Bankomat, konnte wieder nicht abheben. Sofort angerufen, meinte die Angestellte "Ja es ist da (bereits seit 06.07.!!), ich müsse ein Formular ausfüllen und kommen. Hätte sie mir das nicht gleich sagen können? Unfreundlich, arrogant. Ein Stern ist zuviel für diese Bank!! Absolute cheek! Money was released on July 2nd. was transferred on 06.07. there. The employee "sees" nothing. Was at the ATM today (July 9th), could not take off again. Called immediately, the employee said "Yes it is there (already since July 6th !!), I have to fill out a form and come. Couldn't she have told me right away? Unfriendly, arrogant. One star is too much for this bank !!
J	Jenny Leuthner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung in dieser Filiale gemacht !! ich bin Österreicherin , mein Pass ist abgelaufen im Feb 2019 !!! , Habe mich jedoch vom Foto her nicht verändert , man erkennt zweifelsfrei dass ich der Besitzer des Kontos und des Ausweises bin.Doch meine Auszahlung 1.Tag vor Weihnachten wurde mir nicht genehmigt! Meine Frage war wie ich zu meinem Geld komme oben gültigen Lichtbildausweis , ich sollte vorher einen neuen machen ! Das ist doch eine Willkür sonder gleichen ! 1 Tag vor Weihnachten wohlgemerkt ! Keine Sterne zu vergegeben. Very bad experience in this branch made !! I'm Austrian, my passport expired in Feb 2019 !!! , But I have not changed from the photo, one recognizes without a doubt that I'm the owner of the account and the ID card. But my withdrawal 1st Day before Christmas I was not approved! My question was how to get my money on top of my photo ID, I should make a new one before! That's a capricious thing! 1 day before Christmas, mind you! No stars to give.
