Wartezeit teilweise, um Geld zu wechseln ( das kam leider nicht erst einmal vor) .)Es gibt ( wenn man Glück hat) 2 offene Kassen...man stellt sich bei einer an und wenn man dann endlich vorne angekommen ist und Wechselgeld benötigt, heißt es " ich habe kein Wechselgeld, stellen Sie sich bei der anderen Kassa an" .) meine Großmutter würde auch teilweise schneller arbeiten...es kommt vor das 2-3 Leute 1 Kunden bedienen und der Rest wartet The bad bank I've ever been to in 23 years of work! .) Up to 1h. Sometimes waiting to change money (unfortunately that didn't happen once) .) There are (if you're lucky) 2 open tills ... you queue up at one and when you finally get to the front and need change, it says "I don't have any change, queue at the other cashier " .) my grandmother would also sometimes work faster ... it happens that 2-3 people serve 1 customer and the rest wait

Anruf wird abgedrückt und man kommt auf ein Tonband mit irgendwelchen Sicherheitstipps zum Onlinebanking. Eine Katastrophe... Unfortunately no chance of being contacted by phone. Call is pushed and you get a tape with some security tips for online banking. A disaster...
H	Hong Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab Bankkarte gemacht, wollte Kreditkarte beantragen, extra Termin müsste vereinbart werden, am Termintag wurde mir gesagt, dass ich noch keine 6 Monate bei der Bank bin, sry aber wieso wurde es mir nicht am Terminvereinbarungstag gesagt, war dort physisch anwesend, komme aus NÖ und brauche eine längere Anreise. I made a bank card, wanted to apply for a credit card, an extra appointment would have to be made, on the day of the appointment I was told that I have not been at the bank for 6 months yet, sry but why wasn't I told on the appointment day, was physically present there, come from Lower Austria and need a longer journey.
A	Aurel ReleX (RELE) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Umbauten endlich besser, nur das Problem ist immer noch zu wenig Personal! und oft "gestresst?" und es kommt mir vor das Glück ist ob ,Beratung oder Hilfe bekommst....wenn zu viele Kunden sind gehe ich und komme lieber später. Finally better after renovations, only the problem is still too few staff! and often "stressed?" and it seems to me that luck is whether I get advice or help ... if there are too many customers I leave and prefer to come later.

Mails und Anfragen werden erst gar nicht beantwortet ... mit ein bisschen Glück bekommt man eine Antwort nach einem halben Jahr welche nicht auf die Anfrage eingeht.... sondern eine automatisierte Antwort ist. Auf die Kontoschließung erhalt man nach 4 Monaten eine Antwort, trotz mehrmaliger Urgenz und Mailkorrespondenz sowie Einschreiben. Wir haben die Bank gewechselt - BAWAG P.S.K. sagen wir "nie mehr wieder" weder privat noch geschäftlich!!! NOT RECOMMENDED ... miserable service, very high charges, ... mails and inquiries are not answered at all ... with a bit of luck you will get an answer after half a year which does not deal with the inquiry .... but is an automated response. You will receive an answer to the account closure after 4 months, despite repeated urges and e-mail correspondence as well as registered mail. We switched banks - BAWAG P.S.K. let's say "never again" neither privately nor on business!!!

b	ben britten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ must visit!! because this bank is the worst place in austria, i've been 2 times here, it's still shoking to me the amount of disrespect i got from the bankers each time.
