Meine Frau hat ein Konto eröffnet, hat keinen online Banking Code zugesandt bekommen, und eine Karte aber keinen PIN. Und jetzt kann sie gar nicht hingehen, weil sie arbeitet von 7 bis 15:00 Uhr, die Öffnungszeiten sind aber jeden Tag nur von 9 bis 15:00 Uhr. Vor der Pandemie war es anders, da gab es einen Tag mit längeren Öffnungszeiten. Es ist aber Zeit, die Pandemie nicht mehr als Ausrede zu verwenden. Mariahilferstraße 54: Opening times 9am-3pm are a joke! My wife opened an account, was not sent an online banking code, and a card but no PIN. And now she can't even go there because she works from 7 am to 3 pm, but the opening hours are only from 9 am to 3 pm every day. It was different before the pandemic, there was one day with longer opening hours. But it's time to stop using the pandemic as an excuse.

I moved out of Austria several months ago.Past maintenance fees were claimed and the Competence Center for Expats wanted me to pay them. The issue was finally solved through the Bank's Ombudsman office who handed the issue very professionally.
