Unglaublich, zuerst 30min in der Schlange stehen und dann gesagt bekommen dass man Bargeldbehebungen über 1000,- min zwei Tage vorher anmelden muss .... Drecksbude... Where unfriendliness and incompetence meet - BAWAG can even do it all in one person. Unbelievable, first standing in line for 30 minutes and then being told that cash withdrawals over 1000, - min have to be registered two days before ...

Zudem sind die Mitarbeiter leider nicht am neuesten Stand und bräuchten DRINGEND eine Schulung des eigenen Unternehmens! Aufträge annehmen die nicht durchgeführt werden können. Kontoschließung ohne jeglicher Information - geht nicht! Kann ich leider absolut nicht weiterempfehlen! If it were possible I would give it 0 stars! The so-called "customer service" is not available. In addition, the employees are unfortunately not up to date and urgently need training from their own company! Accept orders that cannot be carried out. Closing an account without any information - does not work! I can't recommend it at all!
A	Andreev Schöllbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kundenbetreuung ist ein Witz, wenn man mit jemanden von den Kundenbetreuern sprechen will sind sie dermaßen unfreundlich und verweisen einen zu den Automaten auch wenn es um persönliche Dinge geht!!Und wenn man mal zum reden kommt heißt es -ich bin in Ausbildung da muss ich in Wien Anrufen!!Für was Arbeiten da überhaupt noch Mitarbeiter!!! So eine dermaßen unpersönliche Bank kenne ich sonst nirgends, und niemand kennt sich aus, und wenn man Anrufen will hebt sowieso nie irgendwer ab!!! Nicht mal 1 Stern verdient diese Bank! The customer service is a joke, if you want to talk to someone from the customer service representatives, they are so unfriendly and refer you to the machines even when it comes to personal matters! And when you get to talk it means -I'm in training I call in Vienna !! For what work are there still employees !!! I don't know such an impersonal bank anywhere else, and nobody knows their way around, and if you want to call, nobody ever answers !!! This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star!

When I closed my account, all the transfers I made were reversed. It is unclear where the money is now, as the account no longer exists.

Phishing mails at Bawag. But not at Sparkasse. Why? Bawag is easy prey. Telebanking from Bawag is child's play. My money is gone. And they want to accuse me.
P	Philipp Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter geht es kaum, leider kann man nicht null Sterne geben. Ich wollte für meinen Sohn in der sog. Weltsparwoche ein Geld auf sein Sparbuch legen. Am Mittwoch wurde mir von einem Möchtegern-Investmentbanker in der Beratung mit rollenden Augen erklärt, das ich das nur bei der Kasse machen kann. Also am nächsten Tag bei der Kassa angestanden, einzahlen geht aber ein Geschenk würde ich dann beim Berater bekommen...natürlich sollte ich mich nochmals anstellen... It doesn't get any worse, unfortunately you can't give zero stars. I wanted to put some money in his savings account for my son during the so-called World Savings Week. On Wednesday, a would-be investment banker told me with rolling eyes that I could only do this at the till. So the next day queued at the cash desk, paying in goes but I would get a present from the advisor ... of course I should queue up again ...

Bargeldautomaten funktionieren die meiste Zeit nicht weder Ein noch Auszahlung möglich!!Sich beim Schalter anzustellen bringt leider auch nichts da man mindestens 40min einplanen muss da der Schalter nur mit einem Mitarbeiter besetzt ist und die Kunden die meiste Zeit bis auf die Straße anstehen!! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle und da meine ich auch wirklich alle komplett unmotiviert ihren Dienst am Kunden zu leisten!! Wer mir nicht glaubt sollte sich selbst ein Bild machen und die Filiale besuchen. Meiner Meinung nach gehört diese Filiale längst bei der Bankenaufsichtsbehörde Angezeigt!! Es tut mir wirklich leid das ich so eine schlechte Kundenrezension abgeben muss aber so etwas hat man noch nicht gesehen!! This branch has done absolutely nothing in the last four years!! Cash machines don't work most of the time, neither deposits nor withdrawals possible!! Unfortunately, queuing at the counter doesn't help either because you have to plan at least 40 minutes because the counter is only manned by one employee and the customers are queuing most of the time up to the street!! The employees are all and I mean really all completely unmotivated to do their service to the customer!! If you don't believe me, you should see for yourself and visit the branch. In my opinion, this branch has long since been reported to the banking supervisory authority!! I'm really sorry that I have to give such a bad customer review but you've never seen anything like it!!
