★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider keine gute Erfahrung. . Habe die Filiale gewechselt.Wurde bezüglich eines Credits richtig mies (herablassend und unangenehm) darauf hingewiesen, dass mir der Anspruch darauf fehle. Der junge Mann stellte mir ein paar richtig unangenehme Fragen, als ob ich Geldwäsche betriebe. Habe ein paar Monate später bei der Bawag zu besten Konditionen einen bekommen.
 Unfortunately not a good experience. . I changed the branch. Was pointed out really bad (condescending and unpleasant) regarding a credit that I am not entitled to it. The young man asked me some really awkward questions, as if I was doing money laundering. Got one a few months later at Bawag on the best terms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 6 years great experience, one time I had a problem with the coin machine, and reportet ti right away! That some money didn't come out of the machine!
Next day it was told to me that I had to wait max 8 weeks to verify the reclamation for the happened problem and after waiting 5 months to get an answer.
Asked there again, there was a problem with my reclamation!! They told they will be in touch with me after max 4 weeks. Again its been 4 months and today I get an answer that they are so sorry but they can not do nth about it!
I mean what!
