★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May at 0825. I asked for an extra hot latte, knowing my last coffee from here was warm. I was served a 'extra hot' latte and upon starting to drink it, it was again warm. I asked for it to be made hotter and was told 'NO'. I still can't get my head around the depth of rudeness throughout the Austrian service industry, If you want an excellent coffee in a relaxed environment head to Balthasar on Praterstrasse in the 2nd district. Great coffee and service with a smile!

It just bothers me that it opens at a different time everyday, so I have frequently found myself standing in front of a closed door and queues are frequent first time of the day. Staff is always friendly but their rotation is enormous, which is puzzling and makes you think that the company does not treat them fairly so that they do not stay there long.
