Die Dame, die uns betreut hat, wollte uns wirklich helfen und war nicht nur aufs verkaufen aus. Sie ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat uns auch Infos zu möglichen Komplikationen gegeben.
Die Mitarbeiter in der Warenausgabe - im Lager- sind auch super hilfsbereit und verräumen die Ware auch selbst. In manchen Lagern muss man ja alles selbst tragen.
 We were well looked after here.
The lady who looked after us really wanted to help us and wasn't just out to sell. She responded to our requests and also gave us information on possible complications.
The employees in the goods issue - in the warehouse - are also super helpful and put away the goods themselves. In some warehouses you have to carry everything yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr große Auswahl. Nette Bedienung. Turnschuhe anziehen, denn man läuft viel hin und her, um alles zu vekommen. Kassadame ist schlecht besetzt oder es liegt am System.
Very large selection. Nice service. Put on sneakers, because you walk back and forth a lot to get everything. Cashier is poorly manned or it is due to the system.

I ordered tiles from Baustoff Sochor and I had a very nice advisor. (I don't want to name names, otherwise he will have too many customers). Really, really nice.

Schön wäre für mich Personal die kurze Auskünfte auch ohne Termin geben können.
Auswahl ist allerdings wirklich enorm
Were there without an appointment to sniff. I think the star rating will definitely increase with an appointment.
It would be nice for me if the staff could give brief information without an appointment.
However, the choice is really huge
