Nach nunmehrigem Freiwerden über einen Stellplatz wurde ich sofort informiert und konnte nun zu sehr guten Konditionen einen solchen anmieten. Vielen Dank an das Team der BWS-Gruppe. A very reliable company. I asked about a garage, unfortunately nothing was free at the moment. After a parking space had become free, I was informed immediately and was able to rent one at very good conditions. Many thanks to the BWS group team.

Ich habe mich nun für eine etwas gößere Wohnung entschieden. Vom Antrag bis zur Zusage hat es nicht einmal eine Woche gedauert. Sehr rasche und problemlose Bearbeitung. Top 5 Sterne Very nice and polite ladies and gentlemen in customer service. I have been living in a tenement house that is managed by BWS for almost 13 years. I have now decided on a slightly larger apartment. It didn't even take a week from application to acceptance. Very quick and easy processing. Top 5 stars

W	Werner Fassold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefonische Erreichbarkeit nicht gegeben! Nach einem Schaden in der Wohnung war niemand am Standort Graz per Telefon erreichbar. Zig Anrufversuche von Freitag bis Mittwoch. Wenn man sehr lange läuten lässt, wird man nach Wien weiterverbunden, die fühlen sich nicht zuständig und verbinden wieder nach Graz. Anrufe natürlich in den angegebenen Geschäftszeiten. Ein Horror! telephone availability not available! After damage to the apartment, nobody at the Graz location could be reached by phone. Dozens of call attempts from Friday to Wednesday. If you let the bell ring for a long time, you will be connected to Vienna, they don't feel responsible and will connect you back to Graz. Calls during the specified business hours, of course. A horror!

Genau gleiche mit Frau Korner, sehr freundlich. Mr Sommer is the best property manager at BWSG. Very friendly and competent. Always happy to help in the afternoon. Exactly the same with Ms. Korner, very friendly.
e	ed vo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich benötigte die Zimmeranzahl meiner Wohnung da meine Tochter eine Gemeindewohnung beantragen wollte. 1 Monat und viele Telefonate später hab ich die einfache Information immer noch nicht bekommen. Schade. I needed the number of rooms in my apartment because my daughter wanted to apply for a community apartment. 1 month and many phone calls later I still haven't received the simple information. Too bad.
