★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually this place meet all my expectations however i have realised that i should not ask any staff about a specific item. Today i asked a lady from the relevant part of bauhaus about a simple thing. Her answer was i do not know the she took her phone and to talk privately to someone. Not a nice experience today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bauhaus has to be the best stocked warehouse in Vienna, professional tools and supplies, but the staff, not all, but most of them most of the time unhelpful and unfriendly, consistently. Iv learned by now not to ask but to work it out myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get a shelf cut that had curved edge. Went to ask if thats possible. One guy said they can't do that at all. A different guy on the second ask said sure no worries and did it in under 45 seconds.....
