★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Termine für die Behandlungen, man kommt wenn man will ohne Termin, das heisst man wird ewig warten, ausser Heilgymnastik. So eine Zeitverschwendung.
No appointments for the treatments, you can come without appointment, that means you will wait forever, except for physiotherapy. Such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Personal, leider sind die Massagen etwas sehr kurz aber wenn man schnell einen Termin möchte ist man hier richtig.
Very nice staff, unfortunately the massages are a bit very short but if you want an appointment quickly this is the right place.

You can say what you want but as quick as here you get no appointments anywhere else. Staff very nice and understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin wurde 2 Monate zuvor telefonisch vereinbart. Dabei wurden SV-Nr usw. aufgenommen. Nach Eintreffen zum ausgemachten Termin gab es die Mitteilung, dass nichts im Kalender notiert ist und dass es keine Patienten-Daten gibt. Seitens der Sekräterin kam keine Einsicht auf einen Fehler ihrerseits sondern nur die Meinung, dass der Termin sicher woanders ausgemacht wurde. Daher reine Zeitverschwendung, weil nur ein neuer Termin vorgeschlagen wurde.
Appointment was arranged by phone 2 months before. In doing so, SV number etc. were included. After arriving at the deadline, there was a message that nothing is noted in the calendar and that there is no patient data. On the part of the secretary was no insight on a mistake on their part but only the opinion that the appointment was made sure somewhere else. Therefore, a waste of time, because only a new date was proposed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No need for appointments. Massages are really short, as another reviewer said (5 minutes for my back). Device for electrical therapy for my knee... works (15 minutes session). I've been here 2 out of 10 times, let's see at the end if that helps.
Upd after couple of months: knee skin has been burned once with some new pads, even though I needed 15mA normally, that time 12mA was enough as I thought. Then after couple of minutes it started be painful, I asked to lover the strength, and continued with 10mA... As it turns out, skin has been burned nevertheless, and I think it left one permanent mark. I'll upload a photo below... So, be careful with electricity. Also, the whole procedure didn't seem to help me, still have pain, still fluid appeared again above the knee (maybe doctor's diagnosis fault, not the treatment).
