Ich schickte auf Vorschlag der Mitarbeiterin ein paar Fotos von meinem Stuhl und in ein paar Minuten hatte ich meine hilfreiche und fachlich sehr fundierte Rückmeldung. Sogar die nächste Anlaufstelle hatten sie mir rausgesucht. So ein Service habe ich tatsächlich noch nicht erlebt. Hut ab, das kann sich sehen lassen. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, da ich mir auch einen längeren und mit Baby komplizierteren Weg ersparen könnte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind ejnfach spitze! Danke! I didn't know if the Stokke accessories would fit my high chair. I called and was given not only friendly, but also competent advice. At the suggestion of the employee, I sent a few photos of my chair and in a few minutes I had my helpful and technically well-founded feedback. They even picked out the nearest point of contact for me. I have actually never experienced such a service before. Hats off, that can be seen. I am very grateful for that, as I could save myself a longer and more complicated journey with a baby. The employees are simply great! Thank you!

Fehler passieren - kein Thema - aber dann so eine tolle Reaktion finde ich super! Something was wrong with my order. After a very nice phone call with Nicole, a quick and very uncomplicated solution was found. Mistakes happen - not an issue - but then I think such a great reaction is great!

Ich war dann mega glücklich als ich von Babyrella angeschrieben wurde und Nicole mir geschrieben hat, dass sie gleich in meiner Nähe wohnt und mir die Sachen einfach mitnehmen könnte, wenn ich das will, damit ich mir die Versandkosten spare. So lieb und aufmerksam von ihr. I was super happy when Babyrella wrote to me and Nicole wrote to me that she lives close by and could just take the things with me if I wanted to, so that I could save on the shipping costs. So sweet and thoughtful of her. You won't find anything like this in any other store. ❤

Problemloses und schönes Einkaufserlebnis. Immer wieder gerne. Ordered in the early afternoon, the next day the Stokke Trip Trap was already on the doorstep. And in excellent condition (bought used). Die Beratung ist super und die Leute sind super nett am Telefon! Kann es nur jedem weiter empfehlen!? The high chair and the accessories are in very good condition! The other products (we ordered towels and pacifiers) are also highly recommended. The advice is great and the people are super nice on the phone! Can only recommend it to everyone!?
