Imponiert hat mir, dass man sich um eine vermeintliche Kleinigkeit (Klean Kanteen Verschlusskappe in einer bestimmten, derzeit nicht erhältlichen Farbe) sehr um mich bemüht und den gewünschten Artikel schließlich von einem Außenlager gebracht hat. Tolles Kundenservice! Danke!

I was impressed that they tried very hard to get what they thought was a small thing (Klean Kanteen cap in a specific color that is not currently available) and finally brought the desired item from an external warehouse. Great customer service! Thank you!
