B	B S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort einen Wollwalkoverall für meinen Mini erworben für über 100 Euro, hatte mein Kind sogar dabei. An der Kasse kurze Frage, ob ich etwas zur Pflege wissen möchte, sonst nichts. Zu Hause ist der Overall trotz laut Etikett passender Größe viel zu groß. Ich habe dann im Geschäft angerufen; "es sei ja bekannt, dass die Overalls riesig geschnitten seien". Ähm, warum sagt man mir das dann nicht kurz an der Kasse? Overall nehmen sie nur gegen Gutschrift oder Umtausch zurück, ist ja ok. Ich finde nur, dass man für die hohen Preise eine top Beratung erwarten können sollte, ist hier leider nicht passiert. Werde nicht wieder kommen. I bought a woolen overall for my mini for over 100 euros, and my child even had it with me. At the checkout, a short question whether I would like to know anything about care, nothing else. At home, the overall is much too big, despite the size indicated on the label. I then called the shop; "It is well known that the overalls are cut huge". Um, why don't you tell me that at the checkout? Overall they only take back against credit or exchange, that's ok. I just think that you should be able to expect top advice given the high prices, but unfortunately it didn't happen here. Will not come back again.

Das Gewand mag ich sehr. Für uns gibt es im Winter hauptsächlich die Walksachen. Sehr praktisch, Schmutzabweisend und langlebig. Beratung bisher immer top! Very nice and good advice! I like to go shopping here. The new shop is bigger and has a lovely play area for the little customers. I like the robe very much. For us there are mainly walking things in winter. Very practical, dirt-repellent and durable. Advice always top!
K	Katja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir das Stoffwindelpaket ausgebort um sie zu probieren. Es hieß, wenn ich dann Stoffwindelprodukte von Ihnen kaufe, zahlt man keine Leihgebühr. Weil ich "nur" um 80€ eingekauft habe, wurde mir dann nur die Hälfte der Leihgebühr rückerstattet und die Differenz der Kaution via Gutschein ausbezahlt. Bedauerlicherweise nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Zumal ich bestimmt schon Waren im Wert von über 300€ dort gekauft habe... Keine Frage - die Produkte und die Qualität sind sehr gut und absolut empfehlenswert! Bought the cloth diaper package to try them out. They said if I then buy cloth diaper products from you, you don't pay a rental fee. Because I "only" bought 80€, I was only refunded half of the rental fee and the difference in the deposit was paid out via voucher. Unfortunately not very customer friendly. Especially since I've probably already bought goods worth more than 300€ there... No question - the products and the quality are very good and absolutely recommendable!

Ganz toll finde ich auch die Spielecke, in der sich die Kids während dem Einkauf die Zeit vertreiben können :) Very nice advice and a large selection of high-quality clothing for babies and children. I also really like the play corner where the kids can pass the time while shopping :)
