Nach 20 min warten, hat die Dame gemeint die muss jetzt einen Kunden beraten der gerade bei der Türe hereinkommt..An der Kasse unfreundlich und ohne Kompetenz.der eine Stern ist viel zu viel..
 Advice zero!
After waiting 20 minutes, the lady said that she now has to advise a customer who is just coming in at the door .. At the checkout, unfriendly and without competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zufrieden mit der beratung, besonders von frau rottensteiner. Sie hat sich viel zeit genommen und uns sowohl kinderwagen als auch maxi cosi und isofix station erklärt. Wir haben die gesamte babyausstattung dort gekauft. Am besten unter der woche hinfahren, samstags ist leider oft viel los und man muss länger warten bis ein verkäufer frei wird.
Very satisfied with the advice, especially from Ms. Rottensteiner. She took a lot of time and explained both strollers and maxi cosi and isofix stations to us. We bought all of the baby equipment there. It is best to go there during the week, unfortunately on Saturdays there is often a lot going on and you have to wait longer until a seller becomes available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So stell ich mir Kundenservice vor!!! Habe online bestellt aufgrund des lockdown und hatte nur Probleme mit dem Online Shop in Deutschland. Zieht sich seid 5 Wochen... Kompetenz gleich 0! Wenn man wen erreichen möchte wartet man vergebens... Der Shop in Wr. Neustadt und alle Mitarbeiter waren mehr als kompetent und haben mir geholfen, obwohl die mit dem online shop nichts zu tun haben. Großes Lob und Danke!
This is how I imagine customer service !!! I ordered online due to the lockdown and only had problems with the online shop in Germany. Has been going on for 5 weeks ... competence equals 0! If you want to reach whom you wait in vain ... The shop in Wr. Neustadt and all employees were more than competent and helped me, even though they have nothing to do with the online shop. Kudos and thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ungeschultes Personal wusste nicht mal was ein Reboarder ist. Sie musste erst die Beschreibung dazu lesen.
UND
Unfreundlich beim geplanten Kauf eines Laufgitters. Hier hatten sie nur noch das Auastellungsstück welches beschädigt war. Auf die Frage was sie mir dafür beim Preis nachlassen können, wurde ich für dumm verkauft denn Ich hörte das Gespräch mit dem Abteilungsleiter? Der lachte und meinte 10€ günstiger kann er mit anbieten obwohl dies genau der Preis der damals aktuellen Aktion war.
Auch zu unserem gekauften Kinderwagen konnten wir keine ordentliche Beratung erhalten.
Untrained staff didn't even know what a reboarder was. She had to read the description first.
AND
Unfriendly when planning to buy a playpen. Here they only had the exhibit which was damaged. When asked what they can discount the price, I was being fooled because I heard the conversation with the head of department? He laughed and said he could offer 10 € cheaper although this was exactly the price of the current promotion at the time.
We were also unable to get proper advice on the stroller we had bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unabhängig welche Verkäuferin oder ob wir 15 Minuten vor Ladenschluss gekommen sind, sie waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Man fühlt sich hier wirklich gut beraten,.. auch als Mann mit dummen fragen :)
Wir kaufen für unseren Junior definitiv alles hier! Das ist beschlossene Sache ??
Regardless of which saleswoman or whether we came 15 minutes before closing time, they were always friendly and helpful! You feel really well advised here, .. even as a man with stupid questions :)
We're definitely buying everything here for our junior! This is a done deal ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Mann und ich waren dort um sich wegen einer Babyschale fürs Auto und wegen einem Kinderwagen mit zubehör beraten zu lassen. DIE Verkäuferin war ein Traum. Sie hat sich trotz der vielen Leute die warteten Zeit für uns genommen und uns sehr gut Beraten. Schlussendlich haben wir zugeschlagen und alles bei Babyone gekauft. Ich möchte nicht abstreiten das ich das Gesamtpaket vielleicht wo anders oder online günstiger bekommen hätte. Aber den service Topt keiner. Danke für diese tolle erfahrung. Hat man heutzutage leider nicht mehr so oft. Ich bin eindeutig neuer Stammkunde ?
My husband and I were there to get advice about a baby seat for the car and a stroller with accessories. THE saleswoman was a dream. Despite the many people she took the waiting time for us and advised us very well. In the end we struck and bought everything from Babyone. I don't want to deny that I might have gotten the whole package cheaper elsewhere or online. But the service does not top any. Thank you for this great experience. Unfortunately, you don't have it that often these days. I am clearly a new regular customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute dort wegen einem Autokindersitz und waren wieder einmal super zufrieden. Die Beratung ist einfach Top. Letztes Jahr haben wir unseren Kinderwagen dort gekauft und da waren wir auch zu 100% zufrieden!! Fahre nur mehr zum Babyone nach Wr. Neustadt. Waren zuvor in Vösendorf bezüglich einer Beratung, aber das war komplett unnötig. Die Dame dort kannte sich überhaupt nicht aus. Nie wieder Vösendorf!
Babyone Wr. Neustadt Top Top Top :-) komme nur mehr zu Euch wenn ich Baby/Kindersachen brauche.
Were there today because of a child car seat and were once again super satisfied. The advice is simply great. Last year we bought our stroller there and we were 100% satisfied !! Just go to the Babyone in Wr. Neustadt. Were previously in Vösendorf for a consultation, but that was completely unnecessary. The lady there didn't know her way around at all. Never again Vösendorf!
Babyone Wr. Neustadt Top Top Top :-) only come to you when I need baby / children's things.
