Dann wurde mir vor einer Woche gesagt, dass ich diese Wohnwand nicht bekomme weil die Firma in Konkurs gegangen ist, dann habe ich mir eine andere Wohnwand bekommen und habe 20€ in der Filiale aufbezahlt, denn meine vorige Wohnwand hätte 175€ gekostet und die neue Wohnwand mit Nachlass hat 199€ bekostet. Nun habe ich heute, den 26.11 angerufen und nachgefragt ob meine Wohnwand schon da ist, und es wurde mir gesagt, dass ich sie heute holen kann, ist schonmal die erste Frechheit, dass man nicht benachrichtigt wird. Nun war mein Mann in der Filiale Wiener Neustadt und die Kollegen waren sehr inkompetent, weil ich anscheinend nur 20€ bezahlt habe und noch 175€ offen sind. ich habe 3 mal mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert und es wurde mir 3x versichert, dass es bezahlt ist. Ein großes Lob an Herrn Gaider vom Kundenservice, der das dann sehr höflich und kompetent geregelt hat. Aber die Filiale in Wiener Neustadt, ist sehr unkompetent und unhöflich.

 So I ordered a wall unit 6 months ago!
Then a week ago I was told that I would not get this wall unit because the company had gone bankrupt, then I got another wall unit and paid € 20 in the branch because my previous wall unit would have cost € 175 and the new one Wall unit with a discount cost € 199. Now today, November 26th, I called and asked if my wall unit was already there, and I was told that I can get it today, is the first cheek that you will not be notified. Now my husband was in the Wiener Neustadt branch and my colleagues were very incompetent because I apparently only paid 20 € and 175 € are still open. I called customer service 3 times and was assured 3 times that it was paid for. Kudos to Mr. Gaider from customer service, who handled it very politely and competently. But the branch in Wiener Neustadt is very incompetent and impolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Möbelix eben. Viele Waren und Möbel, dazu Teppiche und sonstige Haushaltswaren. Das Personal ist recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus zur genüge vorhanden. Für einen sogenannten Billiganbieter ist hier auch nicht viel Spielraum. Leider sind viele Waren doch teurer als anderswo und so sollte man die Preise unbedingt vergleichen.
Möbelix just. Lots of goods and furniture, plus carpets and other household goods. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house. For a so-called low-cost provider, there is not much leeway here either. Unfortunately, many goods are more expensive than elsewhere and you should definitely compare the prices.

Die Mitarbeiter der Möbelabteilung bekommen von mir 5 Sterne. (Würde mehr geben aber leider gibt es nur 5)
Freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetente Beratung und ein lächeln gibt es gratis dazu.
Kann die Filiale nur weiterempfehlen.
