★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor drei Wochen online einen Beratungstermin gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Einen Tag vor dem Termin kam eine SMS mit einer Verschiebung des Termins um eine halbe Stunde nach hinten. So weit, so gut, eine halbe Stunde ist verschmerzbar. Leider hatte der Berater zum besagten Termin keine Zeit, da er noch andere Kunden zu bedienen hatte. Nach 2-maliger Nachfrage, wie lange es denn noch dauert, konnte (oder wollte) er sich nicht festlegen, sodass ich eine halbe Stunde nach meinem vereinbarten Termin ohne Beratung gegangen bin. Anstatt nerviger Werbung sollte Mömax/XX Lutz und Co. lieber in Personal investieren um 2 x bestätigte Termine auch einhalten zu können.
PS: Habe bei kika an einem Samstag Nachmittag eine Beratung ohne Terminvereinbarung bekommen und werde demnach auch dort kaufen. Immerhin geht es um eine neue Küche.
 Booked a consultation online three weeks ago and got it confirmed. The day before the appointment, I received an SMS with a postponement of the appointment by half an hour. So far so good, half an hour is bearable. Unfortunately, the consultant did not have time for the said appointment because he still had other customers to serve. After asking twice how long it would take, he couldn't (or didn't want to) commit himself, so I left half an hour after my agreed appointment without advice. Instead of annoying advertising, Mömax/XX Lutz and Co. should rather invest in staff to be able to keep 2 x confirmed appointments.
PS: I received a consultation from kika on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and will therefore also buy there. After all, it's about a new kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Stern lasse ich da wegen der Auswahl und den Preisen. Wenn es nur danach gehen würde wären es 5 geworden.
4 Sterne Abzug wegen Verkauf- und beratung. Meine Mutter bestellte sich ein Bett, nachdem uns versprochen und zugesagt wurde, dass die Lieferung mit Montage erfolgt für 129 €. Leider habe ich mir den Kaufvertrag nicht durchgelesen und meine Mutter hatte ihre Lesebrille mal wieder nicht dabei. Wir wurden schamlos angelogen. Die Lieferung erfolgt ohne Montage.
Aufmerksam wurde sie darauf, als sie 2 Tage später noch weitere Möbeln dazubestellen wollte. Sie wollte noch einen Couchtisch dazu und Bürostuhl. Der Verkäufer in der Wohnzimmerabteilung war hoffnungslos überfordert. Um lange Wartezeiten bei anderen Kunden zu vermeiden, berät dieser Verkäufer 3-4 andere Kunden gleichzeitig, ohne den ersten noch richtig abzuschließen.
Perfekt so, genau so vergrault man sich Kunden.
I leave 1 star because of the selection and the prices. If only after that it would have turned out to be 5.
4 star deduction for sales and advice. My mother ordered a bed after we had been promised and assured that it would be delivered with assembly for € 129. Unfortunately, I didn't read the sales contract and my mother didn't have her reading glasses with me again. We were shamelessly lied to. Delivery does not include assembly.
She became aware of this when she wanted to order more furniture two days later. She also wanted a coffee table and an office chair. The salesman in the living room department was hopelessly overwhelmed. In order to avoid long waiting times with other customers, this salesperson advises 3-4 other customers at the same time without actually completing the first one.
That's perfect, that's exactly how you piss off customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechtes Personal. Wollte einen Tisch kaufen und niemand war dazu bereit mir darüber Auskunft zu geben. War offensichtlich nicht teuer genug damit ein Verkäufer interessiert war. Der Mann von der Küchenabteilung der 10 Meter daneben saß verwies mich auf irgendwelche anderen Verkäufer er sei dafür nicht zuständig. Nach langem Suchen hat sich niemand dafür zuständig erklärt und ich bin gefahren und habe bei Kija gekauft.
Very bad staff. Wanted to buy a table and no one was willing to tell me about it. Was obviously not expensive enough for a seller to be interested. The man from the kitchen department who was sitting 10 meters away referred me to any other salespeople, he wasn't responsible for them. After a long search, nobody said they were responsible and I drove and bought from Kija.
