Man versucht beim Hößl auf die Wünsche des Kunden einzugehen und das machen Sie einfach Super, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ? Macht bitte weiter so ? Now I have got my first pair of orthopedic shoes (from the Hößl company) and I have to say that I am very sorry that I didn’t come into the business earlier (unfortunately I’ve been with another company up to now). At the Hößl you try to respond to the wishes of the customer and they do it just great, the staff is very friendly and helpful ? Please keep it up ?

Aber nicht, weil so viel los war, sondern weil sie unbedingt tratschen mussten und meine Anfrage, wann ich denn dran käme, einfach mit einem bösen Blick ignoriert haben! Ich würde diese Kritik nicht schreiben, wenn das zum ersten mal passiert wäre, aber ich erlebe das in diesem Geschäft seit DREI JAHREN so! Dieses Personal ist unzumutbar, unfreundlich, schnippisch und vollkommen deplaziert. Da ich im Gesundheitswesen arbeite, werde ich von diesen Missständen alle umliegenden Orthopäden verständigen und die Empfehlung aussprechen, von diesem Geschäft abzuraten! Man fühlt sich dort wie ein minderwertiger Bittsteller! Der eine Stern ist viel zu viel!!! Today, I just wanted to pick up my daughter's orthopedic shoes, and the shop assistants kept me waiting 25 minutes. But not because there was so much going on, but because they had to gossip and ignore my request when it came to me, with a bad look! I would not write this review if it happened for the first time, but I have been experiencing this in this business for THREE YEARS! This staff is unreasonable, rude, snippy and completely out of place. Since I work in the health service, I will inform of all these abuses all surrounding orthopedic surgeons and recommend to advise against this business! You feel like an inferior petitioner there! One star is far too much !!!
