Currently great offers again! Got cheap table linen in beautiful spring colors. Curtains are also on offer ..... friendly staff. Very tastefully furnished shop.

1) Die Eingabe des Bettwäscheformats bei die Artikelsuche wird nicht mit in die Unterebene des einzelnen Artikels übernommen. Deshalb muss man sehr aufpassen, bei der Auswahl des Artikels für den Warenkorb diesen auch im richtigen Format zu bestellen. Das sollte anders programmiert werden.
2) Die Dame an der Hotline hat offenbar keine direkte Einsicht in die Bestellung und kann nicht unmittelbar Auskunft geben. Stattdessen wird man zurückgerufen (erfreulicherweise!). Von der Hotline-Dame abgesehen waren die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
3) Trotzdem hat es von der Bestellung (und Bezahlung am gleichen Tag) noch 2 Wochen bis zur Lieferung in Österreich gedauert.
Online order:
1) The input of the bed linen format when searching for an article is not included in the sub-level of the individual article. Therefore you have to be very careful when choosing the article for the shopping cart to order it in the correct format. That should be programmed differently.
2) The lady on the hotline apparently has no direct insight into the order and cannot provide information directly. Instead you are called back (fortunately!). Apart from the hotline lady, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
3) Nevertheless it took 2 weeks from the order (and payment on the same day) to the delivery in Austria.
