Ich komme immer wieder gerne vorbei und lasse mich gut beraten von den liebenswürdigen, sehr kompetenten Verkäuferinnen. A great cookbook store with lots of excellent condiments. I always like to come by and get good advice from the amiable, very competent sales assistants.

Auch Essen ist möglich an sehr wenigen Tischen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Not only a bookstore but also a very fine spice shop with incredible spices - partly composed by yourself! Eating is also possible at very few tables. Overall, highly recommended!

Kleine Kritik: Beim Kochkurs wurde sehr viel parallel gemacht und dadurch hat man bei den anderen Gerichten die genaue Zubereitung nicht ganz mitbekommen. Great selection and quality of spices, very informal atmosphere, cooking course with incredibly good recipes; Nathalie knows her craft. Small criticism: During the cooking course, a lot was done in parallel, so you didn't quite get the exact preparation of the other dishes.

In dem integrierten Café kann man selbstgebackene Köstlichkeiten sowie ein Kaffee genießen während man sich entscheiden muss, welches Kochbuch man kauft. Sehr nette Bedienung.

She also told me about how they have supported the farmers in several countries, like fair trade, and that much of it is organic, though not accredited as is grown by many small farmers who can't afford certification. She even donated a speaking fee of 2,000 Swiss francs to the growers, and they are still using (circulating) the funds, having made ponds and nurseries.... And they have a Massive number of cook books. Please check them out, or buy from their web shop.
