★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich suchte in dieser Buchhandlung nach einer speziellen Adventskalendergeschichte,als ich sie nicht fand,sprach ich einen Mitarbeiter an?er war sehr freundlich - er hat mir gesagt dass dieser Artikel bereits bestellt und schon unterwegs zu ihnen ins Geschäft ist?und er wird mir gleich den gewünschten Artikel weglegen?ein paar Tage später wurde ich benachrichtigt dass ich mir den gewünschten Artikel schon abholen kann?das Personal dort ist sehr Kundenfreundlich und die Buchhandlung sehr zu empfehlen?Ich komme gerne wieder als zufriedene Kundin?
I was looking for a special Advent calendar story in this bookstore, when I couldn't find it, I spoke to a member of staff he was very friendly - he told me that this item had already been ordered and is on its way to your store and I will get it right away put away the desired article?a few days later I was informed that I can already pick up the desired article?the staff there is very customer-friendly and the bookstore highly recommended?I would like to come back as a satisfied customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die paar Male die ich da war, hat mich nie jemand gefragt ob er mir behilflich sein kann, obwohl ich auch längere Zeit die einzige Kundin war. Die beiden Mitarbeiter saßen stattdessen plaudernd bei der Kassa während ich etwas für eine Taufe gesucht habe, das entsprechende Regal mit eher kleinem Angebot wirkte etwas unsortiert und ich habe letztendlich leider nichts Passendes gefunden.
The few times I've been there, nobody has ever asked me if they can help me, even though I was the only customer for a long time. Instead, the two employees sat chatting at the cash register while I was looking for something for a christening, the corresponding shelf with a rather small offer seemed a bit unsorted and I unfortunately didn't find anything suitable in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large, well-equipped bookstore, with a powerful selection of books on all subjects. In addition, a large department of religious books (not only the Bible). Also children's books, lots of calendars, plenty of space between shelves and friendly service. Perhaps the best bookstore of those we visited in Vienna.
