Zum Glück beim Reifenwechsel (andere Firma) heute aufgefallen. Perilous! At service and Pickerl completely broken ball joint was not replaced, but the cuff next to it. Weist man darauf hin, erhält man schnippische Antworten. Kleine Bordsteinschäden an den Reifen wurden als schwerer Mangel beanstandet. Man sollte diesbezüglich wissen, dass es sich um ein Schwesterunternehmen des Reifenhändlers Plankenauer handelt. Einmal und nie wieder. Es gibt ihn noch: Den Service am Kunden! TOP! Ergänzung vom 15.07.2021: Wieder einmal wurde völlig unkompliziert geholfen, wieder einmal wollte man nur das Material (und nicht die Arbeitszeit) verrechnen! :-) A small damage was perfectly repaired within 15 minutes ... and then they didn't even want to charge me for it! It still exists: customer service! TOP! Addition from 07/15/2021: Once again, help was provided in a completely uncomplicated manner, once again you only wanted to charge the material (and not the working time)! :-)

Absolut empfehlenswert! Top and fast service. Left shock absorber driven through pothole in Italy. ATU Villach wanted to take 700 euros for 2 new ones installed. Fastbox € 300. Highly Recommended!

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle kompetent, hilfsbereit und nett. Vorallem der Filialleiter sticht mit seinem Wissen heraus. Ich kann diese Werkstatt wirklich jedem empfehlen! Simply a top workshop. Make all repairs for years at the Fastbox and I am very satisfied. The employees are all competent, helpful and nice. Especially the branch ladder stands out with his knowledge. I can really recommend this workshop to anyone!
