UNSERIÖS lasst die Finger besser davon Trying to reach this dealer for 3 days, wanted to buy a car from him, very unreliable, not recommended. UNTRUSTWORTHY Better keep your hands off it

Ich wollte wirklich schon kaufen, und sagt dem Chef höflich das ich 30 min Bedenkzeit brauche ob ich den grauen oder schwarzen nehme...... Es geht hier um rund 50000 Euro..... Darauf hin wurde er sehr schroff und sagt ob ich glauben würde das er für mich den ganzen Tag Zeit hätte.... Ich antwortete ob er mich nicht verstehe, das ich ein paar Minuten nach denken müsste..... Darauf hin, würde ich mein freund und kind aus dem Geschäft geworfen und uns würde gesagt wir sollten lieber Rad fahren ?? Lächerlich leider, und sehr beleidigend... Wir sind enttäuscht und entsetzt ? I had discussed the viewing appointment on the phone today .... A	Andre Bickel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Suche nach einem VW Passat bin ich über das Internet auf diesen Händler gestoßen, da ich natürlich noch etliche Fragen über das Fahrzeug hatte, habe ich dann gleich telefonisch Kontakt mit dem Händler (Frau Engel) aufgenommen. Bei diesem netten Gespräch wurden mir dann auch alle Fragen und sogar noch der Wunsch nach detaillierten Fotos vom Fahrzeug prompt und auch sehr freundlich beantwortet bzw. erledigt sodass ich mir dann sicher war, das dieser VW Passat genau der richtige für mich ist. Auch zur Probefahrt wurde ich dann freundlich empfangen die auch sehr gut verlaufen ist, der Kaufabschluss war dann schlussendlich genau so freundlich und nett, sodass ich diesen Händler jedem nur weiterempfehlen kann! Ein großes Dankeschön an die Firma Hermes KFZ für den super schönen VW Passat…!!! W	Walter Wulf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur sagen, dass der Herr seine Karriere wirklich überdenken sollte und lieber etwas ohne menschlichen Kontakt machen sollte. Wir sind heute 100 km von Leoben gefahren, um uns einen 100k EUR Q7 anzuschauen. Der Herr war unglaublich unfreundlich und hatte keine Ahnung von den Fahrzeugdaten. Als ich nach den CO2-Werten fragte, sagte er „0“ !?!? und schlug mir dann vor in Internet anzuschauen :) Er erlaubte mir dann nicht, den Sitz und das Lenkrad zu bewegen (ich bin 2 m groß und wollte überprüfen, wie viel Platz da ist). Nachdem wir nicht mehr als 3-4 Minuten das Auto angeschaut haben, fragte er unhöflich, warum wir so lange brauchen?!? Ich könnte also nur lachen und weggehen. Es tut mir leid für alle, die ein Auto von so einem Geschäft gekauft haben. Schade eigentlich dass Porsche als eine Premium Automarke das Vertriebsnetz nicht besser kontrolliert. All I can say is that the Lord should really rethink his career and rather do something without human contact. Today we drove 100 km from Leoben to look at a 100k EUR Q7. The gentleman was incredibly rude and had no idea about the vehicle data. When I asked about the CO2 values, he said "0"!?!? and then suggested I look on the Internet :) He then did not allow me to move the seat and the steering wheel (I am 2 m tall and wanted to check how much space there is). After not looking at the car for more than 3-4 minutes, he rudely asked why it was taking us so long?!? So I could just laugh and walk away. I feel sorry for everyone who bought a car from such a store. It's actually a shame that Porsche, as a premium car brand, does not control the sales network better.

Zum Fahrzeug das ich gekauft habe gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Mrs. Karin was very friendly and competent. I came from Vienna by train and was picked up by her at the train station. Very nice. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle I bought.
