Kundenservice nicht vorhanden - nach Anruf am zweiten Tag meinerseits kam die Antwort - ach hätten wir Ihnen Bescheid geben sollen ?
Dies war nicht zum ersten Mal
Bei einer Rechnung von über 1500€ erwarte ich mir zudem, dass das Auto gereinigt übergeben wird, so wie ich es bei anderen Werkstätten mit guten Kundenservice gewohnt bin !

This was not the first time
With an invoice of over € 1,500, I also expect the car to be handed over cleaned, as I am used to at other workshops with good customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehr als nur freundlich. Da wird auch schnell Mal nachgeschaut ohne das sofort die Rechnung geschrieben wird. Fahre sogar mit meinem Franzosen hin.
More than just friendly. There is also a quick check without writing the invoice immediately. Even go there with my French.
