★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab mein E-Bike gestern online bestellt und heute wurde es von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter persönlich bis an meine Haustüre geliefert! Das nenne ich ein superschnelles Service! Vielen Dank für das tolle Bike, ich freue mich sehr! Ich würde 10 Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte.
 I ordered my e-bike online yesterday and today it was personally delivered to my front door by a very friendly employee! That's what I call super-fast service! Thank you for the great bike, I'm very happy! I would give 10 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nochmals Danke für die Top Beratung und den Top-Service; E-Bike war am nächsten Werktag einsatzbereit. Ich hatte soviel Freude am neuen E-Bike, dass ich bei der ersten großen Ausfahrt den starken Regen und leergewordenen Akku auf den letzten 15km fast nicht bemerkt habe :)
Thanks again for the top advice and service; The e-bike was ready for use the next working day. I had so much joy with the new e-bike that I hardly noticed the heavy rain and empty battery on the last 15km during the first big ride :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung und Service sind erstklassig. Immer freundlicher und kompetenter Umgang mit den Kunden. Kleinere Montage von Zubehör wird gleich erledigt, noch dazu kostenlos. Um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen, wird sogar Kaffee serviert. Ich kann dieses Geschäft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen
Advice and service are first class. Always friendly and competent dealings with customers. Smaller assembly of accessories is done right away, free of charge. Coffee is even served to shorten the waiting time. I can 100% recommend this shop
