e	ein autobesitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher hatte ich nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Beim letzten Service funktionierte anschließend die Klima nicht mehr. Erster Kommentar beim Empfang: "hat nichts mit dem Service bzw. der Klima-Reinigung zu tun". Nach einiger Diskussion: "Ja da brauchen wir einen Termin...". Nachdem ich wutentbrannt die Werkstatt verlies bekam ich später zwei Wochen! später einen Termin. Zum Glück war Regenwetter, sonst hätte es jeden Tag Ärger gegeben. Beim Termin zufälliger Kommentar eines vorbeikommenden Mechanikers: "hat aber nichts mit Service zu tun" (dürfte wohl eine interne Schulung sein). Naja, hatte es doch. Ein Kabel musste ausgesteckt werden und wurde nicht mehr richtig angesteckt. Warum der Ärger notwendig war ist mir schleierhaft. Man hätte das kurz ansehen können und hätte das sofort gefunden. Fehler passieren, aber der Umgang zeigt die Grundeinstellung eines Betriebes. Wenn bei dieser Kleinigkeit so mit Kunden umgegangen wird möchte ich nicht wissen wie das bei größeren Sachen ist. Nachtrag: Die Werkstatt hat sich im Nachgang um Wiedergutmachung bemüht. Das verbessert den Eindruck jedenfalls. Nur zu hoffen das man daraus lernt. So far I had only had positive experiences. During the last service, the air conditioning stopped working. First comment at the reception: "has nothing to do with the service or the air conditioning cleaning". After some discussion: "Yes, we need an appointment ...". After I left the workshop in a rage, I got two weeks later! an appointment later. Fortunately it was rainy weather, otherwise there would have been trouble every day. At the appointment, a random comment from a mechanic passing by: "but has nothing to do with service" (should be an internal training course). Well, it did. A cable had to be unplugged and was no longer properly plugged in. Why the trouble was necessary is a mystery to me. You could have looked at it briefly and found it immediately. Mistakes happen, but the way they are dealt with shows the basic attitude of a company. If customers are dealt with this way with this little thing, I don't want to know how it is with larger things. Addendum: The workshop subsequently tried to make amends. In any case, that improves the impression. Just to hope that you learn from it.
a	anni schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mit dem Autohhaus Ortner einen Termin zum Probefahren telefonisch vereinbart, nachdem ich dass Auto auf Willhaben gesehen hatte und natürlich auch vorab gefragt, ob der Wagen soweit gut beisammen und ohne grobe Mängel ist, da ich doch eine fast zwei stündige Autofahrt dafür in Kauf nehmen musste. Als ich dann Vorort war, schaute ich mir noch vor der Probefahrt das Auto genauer an und musste mit Entsetzen feststellen, daß bei allen vier Türen schon extremer Rost vorhanden war. Der Verkäufer wollte mir noch weissmachen, daß es sich dabei um Flugrost handelt, aber Flugrost bildet keine Bläschen. Ich habe mich wirklich sehr geärgert, wäre man vorher einfach ehrlich gewesen, dann hätte ich mir einiges an Kilometer und Benzin erspart und hätte mir stattdessen einen schönen Tag am See machen können, anstatt bei der Heimfahrt fast eine Stunde im Stau zu stehen I had made an appointment for a test drive with the Ortner car dealership by phone after I saw the car on Willhaben and of course asked in advance whether the car was so far together and without major defects, since I was willing to take an almost two-hour drive for it had to take. Selbst schwierigste Situationen werden mit höchster Kompetenz gelöst und Kundenwünsche berücksichtigt :-) Eine Neu oder Gebrauchtwagen Anschaffung ist ein großer Schritt… es tut gut zu wissen, ich habe richtig gekauft ;-) The Autohaus Ortner in Wartberg offers a very courteous team! Even the most difficult situations are solved with the highest level of competence and customer requests are taken into account :-) Buying a new or used car is a big step... it's good to know I bought the right thing ;-)
S	Swiper 1210 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Völlig vergessen auf die Bewertung. Habe im März 2020 einen Octavia Rs beim Autohaus Ortner gekauft und bin nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Habe damals in der Früh angerufen ob das Auto noch da wäre, da ich ja knapp 200km Wegstrecke vor mir hatte. Knapp 2 Std. später angekommen, nette Begrüßung inkl. Handschlag und Kaffee beim Herrn Mayr. Kurze Probefahrt, in der Zwischenzeit wurde mein Auto zum Eintausch begutachtet. Nach der Probefahrt kurze Verhandlung über den Preis, der für beide Seiten in Ordnung war, Auto angezahlt, Papiere zum Anmelden mitgenommen und 4 Tage später das Auto abgeholt. Nach knapp 4 Monaten hatte ich ein Problem mit dem Fensterheber, der laut quieschte und defekt war. Auf Grund der Strecke wurden mir zwei Tage später per Post ein neuer Fensterheber geschickt, ganz einfach und unkompliziert. Das Auto läuft bis heute und hoffentlich noch lange sehr gut, keinerlei Probleme. Das gesamte Team war immer sehr freundlich und bemüht, gerne wieder Completely forgot about the rating. I bought an Octavia Rs from Autohaus Ortner in March 2020 and I am still very satisfied. At that time I called in the morning if the car was still there, since I had almost 200km to go. Arrived almost 2 hours later, nice greeting including handshake and coffee from Mr. Mayr. Short test drive, in the meantime my car was appraised for trade-in. After the test drive, there was a short negotiation about the price, which was fine for both sides, we paid a deposit for the car, took the registration papers with us and picked up the car 4 days later. After almost 4 months I had a problem with the window regulator, which squeaked loudly and was defective. Because of the distance, a new window regulator was sent to me in the post two days later, it was very simple and uncomplicated. The car runs very well to this day and hopefully for a long time to come, no problems. The entire team was always very friendly and tried hard, gladly again
