★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autohaus Loitz…. Mehr als nur ein Autohändler!
Zugegeben, ich bin nicht gerade ein Mensch bei dem die Pflege des eigenen Vehikels an oberster Stelle steht. Mein Auto weißt Spuren vieler Jahre Benützung und etwas Moosansatz an den Dichtungen auf.
UND dennoch wird man beim „Loitz Toni“ in Gallneukirchen herzlich empfangen und es wird einem nicht gleich ein Neuwagen ink. Verschrottung des vermeintlich ausgedienten KFZ angeboten.
Dem Zeitwert des Autos entsprechend, wird stets versucht dieses kostenschonend am Leben zu erhalten.
Auch im Falle, dass das liebe Automobil dann einmal denkt mitten auf der Straße seinen Dienst quittieren zu müssen, so kümmert sich auch hier der „Loitz“ um eine rasche Abwicklung und intensive Fehlersuche sodass man schnell wieder mobil ist!

Admittedly, I'm not exactly the type of person who takes care of their own vehicle as their top priority. My car shows signs of many years of use and some moss on the seals.
AND yet you are warmly welcomed at the "Loitz Toni" in Gallneukirchen and you are not immediately given a new car. Scrapping of the supposedly obsolete car offered.
In accordance with the current market value of the car, we always try to keep it alive in a cost-effective manner.
Even in the event that your dear automobile thinks it has to give up its service in the middle of the road, the “Loitz” will also take care of rapid processing and intensive troubleshooting so that you are mobile again quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für ein Service beim kleinsten Auto im Opel Angebot 560€ zu verlangen ist in meinen Augen einfach nur mehr frech und überteuert. Es wurden Motoröl, Zündkerzen und alle Filter getauscht.
Mit dem "alten" Öl wurden gerade einmal 4000 km gefahren und war ein Jahr alt, trotzdem wurde es ohne Rückfrage und komplett unnötig zu einem horrenden Wucherpreis getauscht.
Ich kann diese Werkstatt auf keinem Fall weiter empfehlen!
Fahrt lieber in eine Freie Werkstatt und lasst euch von diesem Autohaus nicht über den Tisch ziehen.

Das sie meinen Namen nicht finden liegt daran, dass es sich um das Auto meiner Oma handelt, diese aber zu alt ist um selbst eine Bewertung zu erstellen. Weiters verstehen wir nicht was es bringen soll Sie nochmals zu kontaktieren da Sie als Geschäftsführer die Preise festlegen und die unnötigen Arbeiten absegnen. Es ist traurig das Sie das Unwissen bzw hilflosichkeit ihrer Kunden so schamlos ausnutzen.
In my opinion, asking €560 for a service on the smallest car in the Opel range is just more cheeky and overpriced. Engine oil, spark plugs and all filters were replaced.
The "old" oil was only driven 4000 km and was a year old, but it was exchanged without further consultation and completely unnecessarily at a horrendous exorbitant price.
I cannot recommend this workshop more highly!
It's better to drive to an independent workshop and don't let this car dealership rip you off.

They can't find my name because it's my grandmother's car, but she's too old to write a review herself. Furthermore, we do not understand what the point of contacting you again is because you, as the managing director, set the prices and approve the unnecessary work. It is sad that you so shamelessly exploit the ignorance or helplessness of your customers.

Top car dealership and very good workshop. Nice, friendly and very helpful. Price/performance ratio is top and not too long waiting times for a workshop appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warum ich zu Autohaus Loitz Gallneukirchen gehe? Habe mein erstes Auto dort gekauft und wurde von Hr.Mader top beraten. Er ist sehr ehrlich, freundlich und kompetent. Selbst die Preisverhandlungen waren fair und in Ordnung. Jederzeit wieder!
So einen super Kundenberater wünscht man sich öfter....kann ich sehr gerne weiter empfehlen....
Why do I go to Autohaus Loitz Gallneukirchen? I bought my first car there and was well advised by Mr. Mader. He is very honest, friendly and competent. Even the price negotiations were fair and in order. Any time!
One wishes for such a super customer advisor more often....I can recommend it to others....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, diesmal aber nun doch, weil mich das Autohaus wirklich gut finde.
Gerade als junger Mensch, der sich nicht gut mit Autos auskennt, finde ich das Autohaus Loitz sehr gut. Eine kompetente und meiner Meinung nach ehrliche Beratung.
Bei jeglichen Anliegen werde ich sicherlich wieder kommen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Especially as a young person who is not very familiar with cars, I find Autohaus Loitz very good. A competent and in my opinion honest advice.
I will definitely come back if I have any questions. I can only recommend.
