Wir haben immer einen Kaffee zusammen getrunken , wenn die Arbeit erledigt war. Als ich mich gestern von ihm verabschieden wollte , hatte die gesamte Belegschaft diese Woche eine 4 Tage Woche. Trotzdem alles gute für das Gesamte Team insbesondere Stefan. Gruß Klaus von WAREMA ??????? I liked driving to actual in the last 5 weeks. Stefan who has always accepted my goods is a very !!! friendly and nice person. We always had a coffee together when the work was done. When I wanted to say goodbye to him yesterday, the entire workforce had a 4 day week this week. Nevertheless, all the best for the entire team, especially Stefan. Greeting Klaus of WAREMA ???????
M	Maria Kugler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung und Verkauf top! Montage flop. Von wegen, Profis kommen zur Montage, so eine stümperhafte Arbeit habe ich selten erlebt. Verschiedene Teams mussten 3mal anrücken um die Rollkästen dann doch schief zu montieren. Das kann man nicht ändern, angeblich... Einmal hat man zu wenig Dübel mit, ein andern mal wird ein Loch für die Kabel gebohrt, dass messerscharfe Kanten entstehen, fürs Kabel!! Wohlgemerkt! Übrigens hätte das gar nicht sein müssen, hat man doch beim 1. Anlauf bemerkt, dass 3900mm :2 doch nicht 1450 ergibt und beim 3. nachmessen das werkseitig produzierte Loch gleich auf der richtigen Seite hätte bestellen können. Die Mitnahme der richtigen Wetterstation war leider auch erst im 3. Anlauf möglich. Im Endeffekt hat sich die Montage über Monate gezogen, das Ergebnis ist leider immer noch schief. Die Insekten wirds freuen... Advice and sales top! Assembly flop. No way, professionals come to assembly, I've rarely seen such a bumbling job. Different teams had to come 3 times to mount the roller boxes at an angle. You can't change that, supposedly ... Once you have too few dowels with you, another time a hole is drilled for the cable, so that razor-sharp edges are created for the cable !! Mind you! By the way, it shouldn't have been, as you noticed at the first attempt that 3900mm: 2 does not result in 1450 and that the third measurement could have ordered the factory-made hole on the right side. Unfortunately, it was only possible to take the correct weather station with you on the third attempt. In the end, the assembly took months, unfortunately the result is still crooked. The insects will be happy ...

So geht Kundendienst... Jederzeit wieder! Die Verkaufsberatung war top, sehr freundlich und professionell, die Montage der Fliegengitter und Roll Läden aber leider recht fehlerhaft. Ihr Montageleiter war dafür ebenso professionell wie der Verkäufer und hat die Fehler umgehend beheben können, so das es zu einem sehr guten Endergebnis gekommen ist. Vielen Dank! My parents enjoyed the service from Actual Berger some time ago. The sales advice was great, very friendly and professional, but the installation of the fly screens and roller shutters was unfortunately quite flawed. Your assembly manager was just as professional as the seller and was able to fix the errors immediately, so that the end result was very good. Many Thanks!
