Und nach 2bis 3 Monaten konnte ich das Auto abholen ohne das sich wer gemeldet hat denn ich bin von selber hingefahren Und man glaubt es kaum das kfz stand genau so wie ich es hingestellt habe . Man nimmt sich hier heraus urteilen zu wollen, welchen Aufwand ein Auto noch wert ist oder nicht ohne den Kunden mit einzubeziehen. Es wird verbal übertrieben ausgeschmückt, was alles ursächlich für den Defekt der Klimaanlage sein könnte, bevor man das Auto noch untersucht hat! Bei solch übertriebenen Darstellungen fällt es einem als Kunden schwer, nicht an Märchen zu denken! Kleiner Tipp: Wenn man das Auto zuerst untersucht und DANN dem Kunden mitteilt, was Sache ist, ist es leichter Vertrauen aufzubauen! Man kriegt auch schwer das Gefühl, dass man mit einem Galaxy der 1. Generation (also dem VW) bei dieser Ford-Werkstatt nichts zu suchen hat. Freude über einen neuen Kunden bzw. Auftrag sieht anders aus! Bremsleitungen: Anstatt einfach korrosionsbefallene Teile auszutauschen, bekommt man Geschichten aufgetischt, dass man während der Arbeit noch weitere von Korrosion befallene Teile der Bremsleitungen finden könnte - aber man hatte das Auto schon auf der Bühne und hat es sich angesehen... Und wenn man sich dann einen Eindruck vor Ort am Auto holen möchte, bekommt man noch vom Chef gesagt, dass es ihm lieber wäre, man würde das Auto gleich wieder mitnehmen...! Alles in Allem wundert es mich, dass eine Werkstatt mit solchen Leuten und solchen Vorgehensweisen überhaupt überleben kann! Naja, ich bin eine Erfahrung reicher - die erste und die letzte mit dem Autohaus Grühbaum! Here, the car is rather talked dead before you look forward to a job! Habe jetzt mein Auto nach einem Wildschaden hier reparieren lassen. Freundlich, kompetent, erstklassige Arbeit und fairer Preis (billiger als in der Erstschätzung veranschlagt) - jederzeit wieder! Außerdem wird ein 4 Jahre alter Gebrauchtwagen mit schönem Lack Zustand angeboten .. tatsächlich wurde aber mit einem Lackstift?? sehr schlecht ausgebessert.. der Verkäufer meint: vielleicht hat das die Werkstatt gemacht“ - ich hoffe nicht ? 250 km umsonst gefahren Wouldn't buy a car there. Ich freue mich beinahe immer darauf, wenn ein Termin in der Werkstatt ansteht. (Aber nur beinahe. ?) Auch bei der Bezahlung sind sie total unkompliziert - ob bar, mit Karte oder Erlagschein; alles kein Problem. The employees of this dealership are always extremely courteous and helpful and always strive to serve the customer in the best possible way! I'm almost always looking forward to an appointment in the workshop. (But only almost.) Even with the payment they are totally uncomplicated - whether cash, with card or certificate of deposit; no problem.

Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch familiäre und angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Durch die langjährigen Mitarbeiter kann man sich somit auf kompetente und korrekte Arbeitsabläufe verlassen. Ich persönlich kann so manche negative Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen, wahrscheinlich gibt es so manche Kundenwünsche die nicht erfüllbar sind. Mir wurde bei Bedarf immer etwaige Zusatzkosten bekanntgegeben und die Reparatur zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich kann das Autohaus Grühbaum nur bestens weiterempfehlen.
