S	Simon Becke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz langjähriger Kundschaft immer wieder überraschend wie unfreundlich und abweisend man behandelt werden kann - Die Kundenberaterin am Empfang ist meiner Meinung nach gänzlich ungeeignet für jeglichen Kundenkontakt, man wird als Kunde eher behandelt wie ein Bittsteller als ein zahlender Kunde. Aber auch abgesehen von dem unfreundlichen Kundenkontakt inkompetent im Kontakt mit Kunden. Man erhält eine telefonische Verständigung, dass man seine Ware abholen kann, möchte dies tun und der betreffende Artikel (in meinem Fall ein reparierter Reifen) ist nirgends auffindbar - Man wird ersucht an einem anderen Tag wieder zu kommen (wofür es dann eine telefonische Verständigung gibt bleibt mir ein Rätsel) Auch bei Bestellungen wird man als Kunde vergessen, ich wollte für eine Reise nach Kroatien eine Lampenbox bestellen, man versicherte mir eine Lieferzeit von 2 Wochen, nach 2 Wochen ruft man an, Artikel immer noch nicht vorhanden, aber immerhin wird einem gesagt, der Artikel käme in der nächsten Woche und man werde angerufen sobald der Artikel geliefert wird. 1 Monat später findet meine Reise statt, keine Rückmeldung vom Autohaus Brandner, bis heute nicht (ein halbes Jahr später). Alles in allem mehrmals enttäuscht durch den Service und das nicht sehr kundenfreundliche Verhalten. Ich bin nun gewillt Werkstatt zu wechseln, eine längere Fahrzeit auf mich zu nehmen, aber werde sicherlich in Zukunft das Autohaus Brandner meiden. My trip takes place 1 month later, no response from the Brandner car dealership, not until today (six months later). All in all, disappointed several times with the service and the not very customer-friendly behavior. I am now willing to change my workshop and take longer driving times, but I will certainly avoid the Brandner dealership in the future.

Bis heute nicht mal irgendeine Meldung dieser Firma oder Entschuldigung. Daher? auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, hab mir andere Opel Werkstatt in Krems gesucht und wurde dort immer aufs tollste bedient und betreut. Durch ein Arbeitskollege, habe ich mich entschlossen zu wechseln. Und siehe da , alles TOP . Ich kann es nicht glauben das ich mein Auto wieder benutzen kann. An alle die Mitgewirkt haben nochmals ein herzlichen Dank . Kann nur weiterempfehlen . ?? Opel Astra K BJ 2017 I was speechless . Had a problem for months that was unfortunately not fixed by Opel Beyschlag and often paid empty money. Through a work colleague, I decided to change. And lo and behold, everything is TOP.
