Vor dieser "Firma" kann ich nur warnen.
Zum Schluss werden dann auch noch Leistungen abgerechnet die nicht erbracht worden sind.
Eigentlich schade dass es nicht "0" Punkte gibt.
I have never experienced a car dealership that works with so much displeasure.
I can only warn against this "company".
At the end, services will be billed that have not been rendered.
It's a pity that there are not "0" points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn es um das Thema Kosten geht fühlt man sich wie auf einem Basar. Absolut intransparent. Da werden über den Daumen Summen geschätzt, hinter dem Rücken des Kunden wird geheimnistuerisch mit der Werkstatt gemauschelt, Phantasiezahlen werden auf Schmierzettel geschrieben und so als "Angebot" unterbreitet...und wenn man einen Gutschein hat, so ist dieser natürlich nicht gültig, wenn man ihn erst beim Zahlen vorlegt. Das sagt ja schon alles. Völlig unseriös.
When it comes to costs, you feel like you're in a bazaar. Absolutely non-transparent. Sums are estimated over the thumb, behind the back of the customer there is secretive whispering with the workshop, fancy figures are written on scraps of paper and so submitted as an "offer" ... and if you have a voucher, it is of course not valid if you only present it when you pay. That says it all. Completely dubious.

Es hat sich jetzt herausgestellt, daß der Verkäufer nur Blödsinn erzählt hat!!!!!!
Kein Service durchgeführt, keine 5 Jahre Werksgarantie, obwohl vom inkompetenten Verkäufer zugesagt!!!
Bought a used car 1 year ago. Now for service at another Ford workshop.
It has now turned out that the seller was only telling nonsense !!!!!!
No service carried out, no 5 year factory guarantee, although the incompetent seller promised !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit 2018 Kunde und bisher keine Probleme, gutes Service und faire Preise, auch bei Ersatzteilen bleibt alles im Rahmen.
Nächstes Jahr läuft der Leasingvertrag aus und dann werde ich nehmen was auf Lager ist. Ford ist schon eine gute Marke.
I have been a customer since 2018 and have not had any problems so far, good service and fair prices, even with spare parts everything stays within limits.
The lease expires next year and then I'll take what's in stock. Ford is a good brand.
