A	Andreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falls man Ersatzteile vor Ort kaufen sollte & diese nicht passen da es falsch Bestellt wurde von der Firma, sollte man sich auf lange Diskussionen vorbereiten. Höflichkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Rezession liegt nur für den Ersatzteilverkauf vor. If you buy spare parts on site & they do not fit because it was ordered incorrectly by the company, you should prepare for long discussions. Courtesy also leaves something to be desired. Recession is only for the sale of spare parts.
W	Waldmädchen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich nicht beschweren über diese Werkstatt. Erstmals auf Empfehlung dort gewesen für Pickerl, Service, 6 Jahre alte, nie gewartete Klimaanlage. Zu den Preisen kann ich nichts sagen, die Rechnung war sehr gesalzen, (für Kältemittel und Klimakondensator alleine 570.- bezahlt) aber ich hab keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit, kann dafür also kaum Punkte abziehen. Rep. musste auf 2 Tage gesplittet werden, aber mir wurde ohne Nachfrage sofort ein Leihwagen für den 2. Termin angeboten! In meiner ehem. Vertragswerkstatt hab ich immer drum gebeten und nie einen bekommen. Familienunternehmen, sehr, sehr freundlich, und vorallem die erste Werkstatt wo ich mich ernst genommen fühlte, und nicht mit dem typischen, arroganten "Oh, eine Frau, die hat eh keine Ahnung" Gehabe samt Augenverdrehen behandelt wurde. Mein Auto fährt und kühlt wieder, die Qualität von Werkstattarbeiten kann ich nicht weiter beurteilen, also kann ich nur vom Service ausgehen und dafür volle 5 Sternchen vergeben. Ergänze um eine 2020 Autokauf-Erfahrung: Alles supi, gut beraten, unkompliziert und schnelle Abwicklung. Bin happy! ? I can't complain about this workshop. Been there for the first time on recommendation for pickerl, service, 6 year old, never maintained air conditioning. I can not say anything about the prices, the bill was very salted (570.- paid for refrigerant and air conditioning condenser alone) but I have no possibility of comparison, so I can hardly deduct points. Rep. Had to be split into two days, but I was immediately offered a rental car for the second appointment without asking! In my former contract workshop I always asked for it and never got one. Family company, very, very friendly, and above all the first workshop where I felt taken seriously, and not with the typical, arrogant "Oh, a woman who had no idea anyway" posture and rolling her eyes was treated. My car drives and cools again, I can't judge the quality of workshop work anymore, so I can only start with the service and give it a full 5 stars. Add a 2020 car buying experience: everything great, well advised, uncomplicated and fast processing. I'm happy! ?

Hier bemüht man sich auch, dass der Kunde wieder kommt, und nur so viel zahlt wie nötig. Great dealership, Timely appointment, friendly and super hard-working staff, competent workshop. Here you also try to ensure that the customer comes back and only pays as much as necessary.
